Nye Beach Cottage "C"

Come to historic Nye Beach! Our little cottage (with 2 beds not 4)has ocean peaks from the west facing windows in the kitchen and bedroom. It is a short walk to anything you want; the beach is only 3 blocks, The Newport Performing Arts Center, brew pubs and restaurants, grocery store and an array of quaint boutiques are all close. The cottage has one king size bed and one queen size with memory foam mattresses. So bring your kids, your dog, or just yourself for a cozy beach getaway!

Enjoy the chef's kitchen or a relaxing soak in the hot tub overlooking the bay. A 1940's Beach Cottage located on the Salishan Bay in Lincoln City. A short walk and your toes are in the sand. The home features a cozy gas fireplace, new windows and laminate floors. The home is decorated in beach theme. Even on a gray day the large south facing windows bring in bright light. Hear the ocean at night with the window cracked open or sit outside on the deck having your morning coffee. Well behaved pets are welcome at $40.00 or enjoy the hot tub for $40.00.

The Dolphin House

Three-bedroom, two-bath home, located in the Bayshore Beach Club community, offers easy access to Alsea River to the east and the sandy beaches to the west walk to the ocean beach, bay beach, seasonal pool, gym and club house. (ADDITIONAL FEE FOR SEASONAL HEATED POOL AND CLUB HOUSE). Home is centrally located you can see a lot in just a short trip yet still feel relaxed and away from it all. PET FRIENDLY-with approval. Sorry NO boats or RV's parking allowed HOA rules.

Family-friendly ocean front home

Enjoy two huge decks to watch the bridge and bay from the front and ocean front sand dune on the back. Two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), two baths and a huge game room with pool table for kids, lots of great toys and a sleeper sofa. The fireplace is decorative only. This house is two stories, guests will need to climb stairs. There is direct beach access from our home. You just need to walk out the back door and over the sand dune to miles of beautiful beaches.
