Absolutely lovely house, with a great view of the city, and away from the noise of the center. It was the perfect mix of peaceful and accessible. As the crow flies, it's very close to the center, but up a steep hill. The stairs to the neighborhood are even and well-maintained, but mostly we were lazy and took the funicular to and from the Pipila monument, which costs $40 MXN and is a 5 minute walk (plus a few dozen stairs, and a short hill to the house itself). There are lots of snack stalls around El Pipila and some small markets for necessities even closer. Monica and Samuel are wonderful, on-site hosts and helped us out with recommendations, water, and a taxi to the airport. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything you need, indoor temperatures were comfortable during a hot June. We loved our time here and would recommend it unequivocally unless you absolutely can't manage stairs, since there's some stairs up to and within the house. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

My stay at this Airbnb was simply unbeatable. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in San Miguel de Allende! The house is even more charming and spacious in person than in the photos, with thoughtful design touches throughout. The location couldn’t be better — just a short, scenic walk to the heart of Centro, but tucked away on a peaceful street that feels like a true retreat. The outdoor spaces, especially the rooftop terrace, were incredible — perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets with sweeping views of the city. The bedrooms were all comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals at home. Every detail felt cared for, and the property was spotless. Communication with the host was easy and responsive, making check-in and the entire stay completely seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and memorable experience in San Miguel!

Absolutely beautiful home with gorgeous views. Great home for a large group. Very safe area with security. Very near attractions and near fantastic grocery stores but not walkable. Very responsive hosts easy to reach by phone.

If you are planning a vacation to San Miguel.... look no more this is the place you need to stay! Featured on the cover of Architectural Digest, this secluded mountain villa is tucked away from the noise and hustle of everyday life, it offered absolute peace, stunning views and a cozy, modern charm. It is well equipped with all the essentials you will need. Mornings were filled with amazing sun rises & evening sunsets were a delicate treat. Prashant not only designed & built this oasis, but from a host standpoint - he is the best! We were so thankful for him & all his recommendations. Highly recommend Casa Eterea if you're craving solitude, nature, and a true break from the world. Book the massages, go horseback riding up the mountain, experience it all - you will leave this place feeling fulfilled!

Our host, Mariana was superb! Thank you. We loved this place and setting, even asked if it might be for sale, (it's not). As Airbnb hosts ourselves, we have a deep appreciation for what a quality home with outdoor spaces can be. This is beautiful property throughout, and is very fun to discover the rich variety offered. I loved the architecture, private courtyard and the rooftop garden! A hidden gem ... with great views! We hope to return someday! BOOK THIS!

Everything is super nice! The house is amazing, the design, the spaces, the green touch of the plants! Ideas for a weekend to disconnect and just enjoy everything was very nice! It is undoubtedly a house that is totally worth it, in the area there is only one store a little far away (to go by car) to take into consideration, everything is beautiful, I hope to return soon!

Eszter’s home is even better than the photos. It’s on a private way, very well maintained and tastefully decorated with some wonderful Mexican art and crafts. Her lovely housekeeper welcomed us and offered breakfast in the morning. We hope to return.
