Ubicación super accesible a transporte público. Zona segura, cerca de la UNAM y zona de hospitales. Edificio hermoso y seguro. Definitivamente recomendado.

Adriana is an amazing host. She’s thoughtful, kind and was very responsive to all of my requests. I truly enjoyed my visit because it had everything I needed. I especially love the mountain and forest view from the balcony. The place is located 40 minutes away from the city so taking Ubers can get expensive.

¡Como en casa, pero de vacaciones! Tuvimos la suerte de hospedarnos en el departamento de José Gregorio ¡Y qué grata experiencia! Desde el primer momento nos hizo sentir como en casa. El departamento es moderno, con un estilo sutil y elegante que nos encantó a todos. Súper bien ubicado: a unos pasos hay un Oxxo, varias tienditas y hasta una esquina con pollos asados deliciosos (¡imperdibles!). Los sábados hay un tianguis cercano lleno de antojitos mexicanos y todo tipo de artículos curiosos, perfecto para dar una vuelta y probar de todo un poco. Aunque nos tocó temporada de lluvias, el departamento se volvió un refugio cálido y acogedor donde pudimos descansar y relajarnos por completo. En resumen: misión cumplida. ¡Pasamos unos días lindos en familia! Sin duda, regresaremos con mucho gusto. Gracias, José Gregorio, por ser un gran anfitrión.

El lugar es muy bonito y limpio, todo de fácil acceso y lo que más nos gustó es que si tiene espacio de estacionamiento dentro del edificio.

We cannot praise this accommodation enough. The views from the 25th floor were stunning, both night and day. Our host, Daniel, was fantastic from start to finish. Communication was absolutely excellent and nothing was too much trouble, so much so that, when we thought our flight was going to be delayed, he arranged for the building reception to stay open a bit later for us - real customer service! The apartment was much better than described and is very luxurious. Building security was excellent and we felt safe at all times. Personalised videos were sent to us throughout our stay giving valuable information. Although our daughter had already prepared a very full itinerary, Daniel offered his thoughts on the tourist highlights that we shouldn't miss - they were already on the agenda! All in all, the most fabulous visit and we couldn't recommend this apartment highly enough. If we come back again, we will be sure to book this accommodation again.

Great spacious and well designed apartment. Would definitely stay again! Minor issue was immediately solved!

Lucy’s place is really beautiful and is mostly quiet. It’s in a large complex with other apartments so the walls are a little thin but everyone went to bed at a respectful hour. The security guards were very kind and helpful and it’s a good element to have 24/7 security. The shower didn’t have any soap - just shampoo and conditioner but those were very nice products. I only stayed for one night and Lucy was very accommodating and friendly with a late booking. I think this apartment would be must worth it for more than one night (as many are likely) because of the costs associated with cleaning. Overall I really enjoyed my experience and would stay again. This Airbnb exceeded my expectations -10x nicer and spacious in person, photos did not do it justice. My friend and I were extremely pleased with the speediness of Jimena’s responses, the thought to all details in the Airbnb, and wonderful door service by Diego. The apt smells lovely and clean, very walkable to lots of cute coffee shops, and safe. 100% recommend and would stay here again!

Reserve el Airbnb de Isra para asistir a un concierto en el estadio GNP. A 15 minutos caminando puedes llegar a la estación del metro puebla y bajarte en cd deportiva la cual te deja a un lado de la puerta 6 del estadio GNP; considero que es una muy buena opción para eventos en el estadio GNP. La zona es segura de caminar a cualquier hora. En cuanto a lo que ofrece el Airbnb es una muy buena opción así como el edificio en donde se encuentra.

Me gustó mucho el alojamiento, ya que se encontraba en una zona tranquila, además de que el departamento contaba con lo necesario para estar cómodos. El anfitrión que nos recibió fue súper atento y nos encantó cómo nos atendió; sin duda, regresaría.

Excelente airbnb como descrito en las fotos en el corazón de Polanco! Excelente localización para dirigirse a los principales puntos de interés ya sea caminando, en bici, en Uber. El apartamento impecable con justo lo necesario en un apartamento con seguridad privada las 24 horas lo que nos hizo sentir muy seguros Gaby siempre fue una host súper amable y nos ayudó en lo que ocupamos y siempre estuvo atenta, definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería !

Fantastic! Highlights: Super easy check-in with a 24/7 front doorman. This made things feel safe and accessible regardless of arrival time. Fantastic (and quiet!) space for a family with two young kids. Patio was a wonderful respite from fumes and sounds. Full kitchen and laundry were much more valuable than we expected when we got stuck in the rain. Responsive host and in a great location. Thank you so much!

Maja was amazing — truly one of the best hosts I’ve had! The apartment is beautiful and peaceful, with the added charm of birds visiting the feeder in the early morning. The temperature was great during our stay. Maja went above and beyond — after we left, she found some meds I had forgotten, and sent them over in an Uber. Seriously impressive! Five stars all around!!!

Un lugar cómodo, un edificio muy seguro, mucha tranquilidad sin ruidos, accesible a transportes, restaurantes, museos etc! Los anfitriones muy amables, buena comunicación y accesibles con respecto a los horarios de entrada y salida ! Súper recomendable !!!

We really enjoy our stay the only problem was that I really tough that we can use the gym area only the residents can do use of the gym to be honest that was one of the principal reasons we did our reservations But for the rest is really good The place locations is really helpful You can find what you need just for the simple reason that you are literally inside of a mall you have the restaurant a supermarket everything to be honest the area is really well located highly recommended and about the gym if your change your mind in planning to stay there just for that the gym is not really a problems at all there’s a gym inside of the mall were you can pay for the service or even get a membership we didn’t get a membership because our stay wasn’t for that longer But if you’re planning stay for more time maybe it is convenient to have one You also have another gym a few step away And palacio de hierro is not to far from that location To be honest I would love to stay again thanku

Encantada con el alojamiento, es un departamento hermoso y cálido, en condiciones pulcras. Excelente seguridad, y la ubicación demasiado buena. Quedamos muy contentos con el trato de Emilio, fue muy amable siempre y atento a cualquier cosa. Recomendado 100%

The place is absolutely lovely and ran by a wonderful 24hr concierge team. Noelia & Gabrielle have loads of great recommendations for things to do around Polanco and further out. They've been super helpful in answering our questions and getting a lovely cleaner in for us. Walkable to some great parks and right near the Soumaya museum the apartment is really well located. Roma is only a 15min taxi ride away (without traffic...) and that's got loads of restaurants with many cusines including Mexican. We're hoping to come back and stay here.

Excelente departamento, Juan Pablo nos atendió de maravilla, es un depto que vale mucho la pena, las amenidades igual espectaculares, tal cual se ve en las fotos está el espacio, la ubicación excelente.

I took such a long time to decide where to book and I am SO glad I booked this place. Geo clearly knows how to be a great host!. The apartment was clean and with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The building is in a busy street, however the location of the apartment was very quiet. There was always friendly security ready to let us in and out. The bed! Very comfortable! Weather was hot, but fans were enough to keep us cool at night. We would book this apartment again in a heartbeat for the cleanliness, feeling very well taken care of and the location. Oh! and we SO appreciated the water filter!
