Apartment holiday rentals in Xinyi District

As others have mentioned, the place is an older building. However, if that doesn't bother you then this place is fantastic. Had 5 people in my group and the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was more than enough. 1) This place is about a 2 minute walk from Taipei 101 and the subway station. I'm not sure if you can find a place closer. It's within a residential area, so it's quiet and peaceful throughout the night. 2) Very clean kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The place overall is surprisingly spacious. 3) Host was great with clear instructions and very responsive. They were physically there to help us check-in. We had problems with the door lock, and delays with the driver from their shuttle service, and the host quickly helped us with both situations within minutes of contacting them. 4) Was very reasonable for the location. 5) The place offers a washer and dryer. The only issue we found was there isn't a water filter, so you will have to buy water yourself. Luckily the mall is very close.

Great location, extremely comfy bed and good little space even though I believe the photos make it look a lot bigger than it is. Responsive host that listened, as the magnetic device on main entry door is extremely quick to shut off, which in turn makes you believe the door doesn’t open with ease. Once you get the hang of it though, it’s easy enough. Good stay and would recommend. Bed was fantastic.

Great and cozy place! Went there with two co-workers and we loved our time there! Super close to the train station and lots of nice places to eat and visit! And there is a cat cafe within 20ft! Definitely recommend staying there either for a short or long trip!

Great spot for our family! 3.5 and 1.5 year olds had a blast playing with the slide and toys at 4am fighting jet lag. Very walkable and convenient.

Had a great stay with Tina! Loved the building and location. Very convenient and a great price. Host was very friendly and responsive. They were more than happy to move the bed downstairs for me since I’m too tall for the loft space. Appreciated that gesture. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Tina!

Very well equipped flat, host was very helpful and flexible

Very modern unit with nice view of the high rises and neighborhood. The building has a really nice rooftop pool. Communication was easy and the unit was really modern and clean. I would recommend Simon’s AIRBNB without any hesitation and enjoyed our stay here even though we were out most of the time, exploring the night markets and other attractions.

I left my wallet behind, and the host was super helpful arranging to have it shipped from Taiwan to Singapore!

Great location, good surrounding environment, both safe and good, convenient transportation, the host provided good service and communication, we only checked in at 4:00 pm, our plane arrived at 6:00 am, the host let us check in directly without other guests and provided us with free pick-up from the airport, and also arranged a car to the airport at a reasonable price

Jason is a great host and responds promptly. The location is the best—walking distance to Taipei 101 and the MRT station. It is also surrounded by so many restaurants.

I stayed in this lovely apartment for a little over 1 month. I absolutely loved it. it's quiet, convenient, clean and safe. This part of city is a 15 min. rides to my relatives and the attractions. I saw some previous reviews which were not completely reflecting the situations, or at least they were not matter to me. Mattresses - They are just what I needed. With the firm enough support, they prevented my back pain flares the entire time. (i am a long term back, spine pain sufferer.) I also saw plenty of cushions in the bedroom closets if you do not like the firmness of the mattresses. Noises from traffic - I didn't hear those at all, period. Or if you need a super quiet work environment, 2 layers of double exterior doors should shut that down. Noises fron remodeling - Only during the weekdays daytime. only few intermittent short bumps heard. Extras - Beyond the essentials (detergents etc), free biweekly cleaning. I'll definitely come back again when visiting Taipei. thumbs up!

Great host, clear instructions and easy to access the apartment. The studio apartment is quite spacious, better value than a hotel room. The location is great, easy access to shops restaurants, cafes and MRT. Good location for exploring the city.

I recommend it because it is close to the station and has a good view. It is within walking distance to 101, and there are many shops around where you can feel the culture, such as local shops, which is fun. Thank you very much.

Convenient location close to City hall metro station, a lot of good Restaurants nearby. the living place is quiet and clean and spacious.

We love the location

We had a great 5 night stay at Andrew's apartment. The apartment itself is very stylish and nicely renovated. It is very large in size and we really enjoyed having so much natural light from the big open windows. The jacuzzi tub was also a highlight. If you're coming to Taipei for the first time, this neighborhood isn't very convenient though. There are no metro stops anywhere near the apartment and most of the major places to visit in Taipei are far away. Obviously this is not at any fault to Andrew. Also, compared to other Airbnb's we've stayed in that feel more like an apartment rental, this one is more like renting a few nights in a friends place where their stuff is everywhere and it isn't as setup for guests comfort in the way other Airbnbs are. But we really loved our time here and still highly recommend a stay if you have the chance.

The butler is warm and friendly, attentive and polite, note that we have a small baby proactively provide a baby bath with our companion, help us solve the situation where the phone card is unusable, the listing provides several travel guides in different areas, there is also a promotional driver charter service, the driver is very friendly, take us to play Yilan for a day, introduce local food, and the service😊🙏🏻 is very satisfied with this time I chose Bitan this trip

Cindy’s place was wonderful. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for my stay. It looked exactly like the photos as well, which was much appreciated. It had plenty of closet space and a nice bathroom and living area. Plenty to do and eat in the surrounding area as well. Cindy was a fantastic host. She greeted me upon checkin and made me feel right at home. She was super responsive and helpful when I needed some assistance with the washer / dryer, which was new. She also helped me with some local recommendations. Would love to stay again!

The location is very good, close to Shilin MRT Station and Shilin Night Market, the bed is also very comfortable, and on rainy days, they bring an umbrella to pick us up at the designated location, and leave a mop so that we can simply mop the floor and maintain the internal cleanliness.The trash can is also very large, super awesome, and doesn't make it difficult for us to clean up, and the cutlery and refrigerator are provided, making everything very smooth for us.
