Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Xeropotamos

From the very start Georgia was an excellent host; making sure we were greeted on arrival and providing us with extensive advice on activities and food for the local Heraklion area. The place itself was so charming and has obviously had lots of thought and time gone into it. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to everyone.

We came 5 people - my husband and I, with our 2 children and my mother-in-law. First of all, a few days before we arrived Elena (an amazing woman with a perfect english) contacted me and made sure she has all the details so she can prepare a perfect stay for us. The house was super clean and equipped, and the outside was the best! We spent hours in the pool enjoying the amazing nature around us. Elena and her husband Yiorgos are wonderful people - they were very kind, caring and responsive. We wish we could come again next summer 🙏🏻

Huge thanks to my hosts Nikoleta and Alexis! I loved staying at their gorgeous "landscape" apartment -- the photos don't do it justice! It's super peaceful and serene, with lovely views and landscaping and Alexis' art, plus some adorable visiting cats and a wonderful shady secluded area to sit outside. I arrived rather late (c 8 pm) but Nikoleta had been very proactively communicative and ensured I had perfect directions to the place. She was waiting there when I arrived and not only welcomed me warmly but also went far above and beyond, even offering me a bite to eat which Alexis kindly and deliciously prepared. They thought of everything and left so much food and so many supplies for me, even full breakfast supplies, very effective mosquito repellant and all toiletries/linens/etc. I fell in love with the place and the vibe, and especially appreciated being able to walk in less than five minutes down to the Knossos site when it opened at 8. Ten stars, I hope to stay again for longer!

Xanthi’s place is perfect in every way. First, it is the cleanest place I have ever stayed - no exaggeration. Everything is absolutely pristine, yet it feels very homey. Xanthi has thought of everything and has lovingly tended to every aspect of her home to make it comfortable for guests. It seems she genuinely enjoys hosting. The location is excellent. Plenty to do, see, and eat. You are in the heart of the town on a pedestrian street, so it’s lively but not noisy. With a 2 minute walk you can easily catch a cab. One of my best AirBnB experiences.

Great, clean and spacious house. Looks as good in real life as it does on the photos. What really sets this place apart is the host, Argyris, who is amazing in all aspects, always happy to help, provide info or even come over if you've locked yourself out. Great experience - if there was a sixth star, I'd give that too. Note to future renters - google maps shows a non existent road, please drive through the center of Kato Kalesia. Please also leave the second set of keys in the locker outside to avoid locking yourself out, as I have.

This property is on the top of our list of all of the Super-host level properties we’ve been at whether Air B&B or any other platform. Premium quality and high marks for design aesthetics promoting maximum relaxation inside or in the yard with breathtaking views all day long and spectacular sunsets. All meals at the property must be had out doors! It was a perfect retreat after long days of sightseeing. We would rent it again in a heartbeat and will recommend it to family. John & Autumn

I have to review this stay as two sections. Firstly the property and secondly the hosts. The property was exactly as described if not better, in a lovely secluded area of the island not far from the town… ample parking for those driving and lovely quiet, perfectly appointed accommodation. So peaceful with lovely gardens to sit in as well. 10/10 As for the hosts, you could not ask for a more friendly and understanding couple who helped me on my trip at every stage and made my stay so much more comfortable and easy. Truly lovely people. I would recommend this property wholeheartedly Thank you for everything.

May 2025, 10 nights stay for three (2 adults, 1 toddler). Villa is really fantastic. Beautiful view of the sea and the bay. It offers plenty of space for more people (2 couples, 4-6 friends, 2 families) and for longer stays (storage space, cupboards and shelves, etc.). The furnishings correspond to the description and offer, even in the kitchen, everything you need. Our highlight was the covered terrace. Our flight was moved up at short notice. A significantly earlier check-in was no problem at all in our case. Stelios is a very friendly, helpful and dedicated host. We recommend him and his villa without reservation. Small restriction: the accommodation is a bit off the beaten track or the region is a bit scattered (mainly due to the geography of the terrain). Without your own car, it will be a bit difficult in our opinion. However, there is a free parking space directly at the house.

Great Location, super comfy , and any questions were answered quickly

Because of unforeseen circumstances, we only had one day in Crete. This was the perfect place to stay. It was centrally located. It was beautiful and comfortable.

The accommodation is located directly on the 1866 shopping street and is the perfect starting point for a city stroll or various excursion offers. Many small souvenir shops adorn the street and restaurants are nearby. The apartment itself is equipped with all the important things and stylishly furnished. The host is friendly and responds quickly to inquiries. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend it.

We enjoyed the lovely view from the apartment- exactly as pictured! The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. We were glad there was an elevator, which certainly assisted with hauling luggage. In our travel daze, we didn’t realize that once you got to the appropriate floor, that there was one door that opened to the 3 apartments owned by the Blossom collection, so you will not see your specific apartment door before opening that “main door”. The complementary washer and dryer are in a closet right by the 3 apartments, which was handy. We appreciated the environmentally-conscious touches, like filtered water to refill glass water bottles in the fridge. The owners promptly answered any questions. We would love to stay here again!

It was very nice stay! Apartment is fresh and looks exactly the same on photos. Mattress was perfect for me! Also we had TV in the room and never ever watched TV on vacation, so I don't know why majority apartments are equipped with it(just thought out of loud). There is a good supermarket quite close to the apartment. Location is not so close to the city center, still in walkable distance. But if you rent a scooter/car it's good cause next to the building there is a small free parking. What we like the most is self check-in, small welcome sweets and rakia(I guess), AC and apartment design.

As I mentioned to her - I felt her apartment like home with the first contact in the first few minutes, an otherwise very new experience for me, and I appreciate her for that.

Don't hesitate, book and enjoy my 3rd visit again satisfaction and admiration for the work of Natasa Experience and wellness in this wonderful safe, comfortable place is rented higher and more clean Airbnb level worth a total of every euro it costs Everything was / is perfect, from the accuracy of the information to the size of the accommodation, decoration and the first class, large bed. The kitchen, the bathroom and the balcony leave nothing unfulfilled.

We had an exceptional stay at Tasos. The apartment is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos, with a breathtaking view of the sea that literally takes your breath away. The private jacuzzi is a real plus, offering incomparable moments of relaxation. The apartment is perfectly equipped, everything is thought of for your comfort. In addition, you are less than a 10-minute walk from Agia Beach and the best restaurants in the area, ideal for enjoying the area. Tasos is a very attentive and responsive host, who does everything to make your stay absolutely perfect. You can book without so much so so, you won't be disappointed. P.S. Don't forget to feed the little cat of the residence, he is absolutely adorable. 😉

Stayed 2 nights in Heraklion at this property. It is as described and in the photos. Perfectly located for a very short walk to nearby bars and restaurants. Great local food recommendations. No noise in the evenings even though close to the busy district.

Christina’s studio is impeccable, walking distance from the city center. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

Sofia and her dad Giorgos were great hosts, from meeting, explaining and taking the time to make great recommendations to checking in often, very much appreciated! We loved Iraklio (and Heraklion) and the flat had what the 4 of us needed to enjoy our stay. We spent our mornings and evenings on the decks and loved eating outside and drinking beverages. The recommendation for the Peskesi farm to table restaurant was spot on! The restaurant/cafes options in walking distance of the flat are plentiful and every place we tried was good. We walked everywhere, and took a city bus to the wonderful beach by the airport and the ferry excursion to Santorini one day. The archaeological museum is a stand out, and the history museum and Venetian Fortress were also great sites. Ended up skipping Knossos as the artifacts found were in the archaeological museum, so no opinion on that. We shall return to Crete some time and when staying in the area would gladly book with Sofia!

We would come back anytime. We liked everything. It was also very nice to live in an area outside the tourist crowds and yet centrally located. Super friendly hosts and everything Tipi Topi😊

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave. This is one place that was better than the photos. There are a few rules such as take off your shoes, be mindful of water usage and electricity although none of these bothered us as we have family that live on well water in Texas. The location is very walkable about 15 minutes to city center and helps us with all the food we eat on vacation. Great place if you plan on being in Heraklion and highly recommend a stay
