Holiday rentals with lake access in Wycombe District

What a fabulous couple of days we have had at Aimee's place! Aimee was wonderful to deal with, answering any questions in super quick time and so very friendly on meeting us. Such a unique place to stay - absolutely love the way Aimee has done her beautiful home up - we felt so comfy and so enjoyed the boat trips, visits from the gorgeous geese and swans, cats and meeting lovely Bob next door. We felt gutted that we only had a couple of days of our trip left - as would have loved to stay longer and explore more of the area. How lucky are we that Aimee shares her adorable place with us!!! The house is stunning - beautiful, spacious, private and quiet. Frederika was friendly, extremely helpful and responsive. There were very clear instructions on how to access and leave the property. Plenty of space and lovely decorations for a family Christmas gathering. The garden is lovely and the area is great for walks. Thank you for a great stay!

We had the most marvelous stay at Frida’s place. Far enough away from the center of London to feel like you’re in the country, but close enough to just get on a bus right outside and be in the center of things in 25 minutes. There were three of us and the bedrooms are far enough apart from each other that you can be away from the other people in the house very easily, but commune when you want to. We cooked a lot. The kitchen was great. Used the downstairs outside space a lot to have coffee or to talk or to have beautiful dinner …gorgeous roses right there helped make the atmosphere beautiful. The location of this house is so perfect .. you walk literally three steps and you are at the bus stop. There are a number of different buses that stop there so you can get pretty much anywhere. The tube is about a 12 minute walk and that’s not far. We had a couple of small issues with the hot water, but Frida responded immediately and things were taken care of. I would stay here again !!

Our family of three had an exceptional stay at Lynn’s. The location next to Regent’s Park AND minutes walk to Baker Street stop ideal. The Mews is so quiet you would never know you were staying in Central London. Lynn communicated all our need to knows and quickly responded to queries. It is a home away from home and will book again. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. it was close to bus station stop we could take into the city. The place was clean and quiet neighborhood.

Great location that is ~25-30 minutes from city center and many of the sights like Radcliffe camera. Also has a well connected bus stop right around the corner that made it easy to navigate around much of the city (especially when some of our party was tired of walking). Rooms were pretty spacious (especially master and loft bedroom) and having access to a washing machine in the house was great. Henrietta was very responsive to any questions I had and we enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay and Lynn was a great host. House was fantastic and in an amazing location. I highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay at the Lake House. The kitchen was well stocked and the private outdoor space made meals feel special. We would definitely come back again.

FIve Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ PLUS Fabulous Communication and location. The apartment was very roomy, with everything we needed. Very clean. In a very quiet area. Only a few minutes walk to get the Thames Clipper Boat, Tube, Train and buses, so not long before we were seeing all the Iconic sights of London. Could not recommend more highly. Wish we had stayed here longer.

We stayed here as it was conveniently located for a seminar we were attending. The area was incredibly safe and beautiful, located along the Thames. It was about a 30-minute walk through the park to Richmond. There is some airplane noise but was remediated with ear plugs. Miranda is a very responsive host and was able to accommodate us with our specific check in needs.

Amy is very kind, friendly, attentive and a quick responder. I felt very good in the flat. Very clean, bright, spacious with a great bed. Felt very cosy in the flat and there is also a big balcony with an open view. It is more of an industrial zone, but i liked the fact the view is not looking into some other block of flats, i cherished the view of the morning and evening sky. The grocery store is literally around the corner. You have two lines that you can use if you want to go to central London. Central line (Hanger lane-13min walk) and Piccadilly line (Park Royal station - 7min away) The area of a flat is peaceful.

A group of 7 of us stayed at Amira & Syed’s listing and we couldn’t fault it. It was immaculate and perfect for us travelling to Wembley. Hosts were always so responsive and were able to provide us with the information we asked. Thank you for a great stay🩷

A very cosy flat, nice area. Lovely surroundings . Flat is just as described and shown in photos, very nice modern and clean. Great place for a great price

A very nice flat located on the main road (Abingdon) toward Oxford city center. About a 25-30 walk. The flat itself is good for one or two people. Upstairs sitting area/living room gets terrific sunlight and a great breeze. Pretty convenient Tesco Expresses just north and just south of the flat. Quiet neighborhood. Pretty park right next door.

The location was great, close to Christ Church and the Main Street. It was peaceful and adequate. Thank you Mariano.

I had a fantastic time staying in Henley for 4 weeks whilst I was between houses. Very comfortable and homely place. Everything that I needed was there and the host was always super helpful. Great location as 5 minute walk to Henley bars and restaurants whilst being in a really quiet street so no disturbances at night. Nice neighbours and pretty church across the road. Also a sunny garden which was great with the recent warm spring weather.

Beautiful cottage style house very homely with lots of personal expression in the decor and personal effects (instruments and furnishings) Very spacious both inside and outside. Close enough to Milton Keynes for our event and close to surrounding towns but very quiet residential area with quaint little strip of shops and a post office. Was ideal stay for our purposes at a time where all accommodation was high it was fairly priced although I did mention it was not most ideal price but when you get there and see that your in their home and protecting their space it is clear why it’s priced as such. This is a stay that will feel like you’re in someone’s home, however, the communication and instructions allow you to feel at ease and welcome. Neighbours seemed lovely and friendly and the cat was a welcomed visitor. Cannot fault the property or its amenities at all would love to stay again

Wow! Where do I even begin. Nena and her family, along with their staff, were extraordinary hosts. Very friendly and accommodating, and provided lovely recommendations when asked. The beauty of this property is unmatched! The hazelnut cottage was the perfect place to unwind and relax after our busy days in London and Paris. There was plenty to explore on the property as well - playing croquet on the lawn was a highlight of our trip! For our first vacation to Europe from the states, we wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else. We are already planning a trip back and will recommend these cottages to everyone we know. 1000/10! Ps. The carrot cake is delicious!

We had a lovely stay at Debi’s property. We didn’t know it was so close to the Runnymede memorial trail which quickly became our daily routine. Debi was quick to respond with our questions. Wonderful stay.

A wonderful Airbnb tucked away in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood in Kingston Upon Thames. Loved how easy it was to get to the train station and to lots of restaurants and shops. Would recommend staying here to anyone!

Wonderful quaint cottage in a quiet courtyard. Loved the Church bells in the background on one day, made it all more enchanting. Would definitely book again, great location to explore Windsor.

We had a great stay at Hamid’s clean, spacious cottage, we came through train to Oxford Parkway. It was very convenient without a car, with easy access to public transport and nearby amenities. The kitchen was well-equipped, labeled and organized, and the whole place was well-maintained. The host was responsive, especially when we needed help with the heating. We also enjoyed the nearby canal, which made it easy to go canoeing. It was a perfect spot for a relaxing and enjoyable Eid getaway.

We had a lovely stay, the house was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Istvan was also a very kind and accommodating host who was highly responsive at all times. Would definitely recommend booking for your get away or holiday!
