The most amazing weekend in the most beautiful house! We loved every second of our weekend. So much to do including the swimming pool, games room, tennis courts and lovely walks. Spotlessly clean throughout. We can't recommend this house enough. Stunning property. Anne was so lovely and let us arrive a little earlier to put food in the fridge on a very hot day. She also extended our checkout time which gave us extra time in the lovely grounds. We are already planning a return trip. Thank you Anne. Wonderful weekend.

Ann’s house was exactly what we were looking for and we had a wonderful stay and felt very much at home. Everything was easy to find and use and the house had all the amenities we needed for a family of 5. The neighborhood was lovely and we loved walking around.

We had a fantastic stay at Ingleby Retreat! The property was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained — exactly as described. The surroundings were stunning and the facilities (especially the pool and kitchen) were perfect for a relaxing getaway. Amber was a wonderful host — very responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the smooth check-in process. Thank you for such a lovely experience — we’d definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

We spent Christmas at Salix House and we were 11 pax in the party. Charlotte is an amazing hostess and her property is absolutely fabulous! The house is very well equipped and there’s so much to do: ping pong table, football, books and bars games. We had a fantastic time there and we would love to book to go in the summer! Our stay was exceptionally great. The train station is close which made our movements easy. The place was very clean. There was easy access to food and groceries. Chioma was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier than the scheduled time and leave just as easy. Overall the experience was great and I highly recommend.

booked with miranda for a couple of nights and she couldn't have been a better host.. very helpful and responded to right awa to any queries I had.. the house and garden were both beautiful and the whole stay was very enjoyable.. would definaltet recommend 👌.

We stayed at the Coach House for three nights so all the family could meet up. Everyone enjoyed the space and layout was good for the seven adults and four children. The garden was safe for the children and the location was great for local walks. The kitchen was well equipped to cook for a large number of people. We all had a great stay and would highly recommend.

From start to finish, this beautiful property exceeded every expectation. Phoebe was incredibly responsive, helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything a guest could need - from quality linens and toiletries to a well-equipped modern kitchen. The location was ideal - peaceful yet convenient to local attractions. Every detail showed a commitment to comfort and hospitality. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the service and polish of a five-star hotel in the most stunning location and surroundings. Sophie was an incredible host and met us on arrival to walk us through the property and explain everything in detail. We had to book at extremely short notice due to unforeseen circumstances with our original booking. Sophie managed to fit us in perfectly between existing bookings and we're so grateful for this! The property is absolutely stunning with a gorgeous private garden. The beds were super-comfy and the accommodation was spotless, I only wish we'd found this property first! Folley’s Barn is spacious and very comfortable. A large living and kitchen area with plenty of seating. The hamper was a lovely addition and went down well! We enjoyed a relaxing 3 night stay and would recommend the barn as a base for exploring the surrounding area. We visited Cliveden, Marlow and Henley on Thames. We also enjoyed a meal at the Lions in Bledlow and a takeaway from the Cinnamon Longe.

Lovely property. Very tastefully furnished, great size rooms and amazing showers. Kitchen is well equipped and lovely views over the garden. Would recommend to all.

This property was an absolute godsend when we had to move out of our house for repairs. It had everything needed for an extended stay, incl a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer which made living out of a suitcase so much easier. It's clear a lot of thought and attention went into the design of the house. It's light, airy and well decorated, although showing some signs of gentle wear and tear now, expected as its a home, not a 5* hotel. Peter was an attentive host. When we moved in, a neighbours fence panel had come down, and we were reluctant to let our dog into the back garden without supervision. Within 24 hours, someone has come round and put up a temporary barrier, and our dog spent a happy month sunbathing in the back garden, whilst we enjoyed BBQs on the patio. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home. Thank you Peter.

Lovely place and lovely hosts. We were traveling with an e-wheelchair and after clarification of the size and measures everything worked out very well. The entrance seemed challenging, but at our arrival we realized that the hosts provided a perfectly fitting self made wooden ramp, which allowed for a smooth and convenient entrance to the apartment. At our arrival a welcoming package was waiting for us. The apartment is very nice in a calm neighborhood. For walking, hiking and enjoying the nature it is perfect. The connection towards London takes a bit, but is very well accessible and connected. Would book again!

The host is fantastic she helped us with everything from finding a good pub to trying so hard to keep us booking again I would stay here every week there’s work for us up there I really would the house is beautiful beds comfortable as hell kitchens massive showers are pressured I just wish the guy we was working for was more flexible on the price so we could Keep hold this place

Absolutely loved our stay here, the views are stunning, the master bedroom was very comfortable and the hot tub was brilliant! The lodge had everything we needed and Gogos restaurant is phenomenal right on the doorstep 🙂 just ensure you mention the lodge no so your discount comes off the bill because we didn’t, and booking is essential at weekends for breakfast or dinner, it gets very busy.

Absolutely beautiful stay at the lodge! The place was immaculately clean and tidy upon arrival with plenty of toiletries and towels in the bathroom. Debs is a great host, very friendly and answers quickly. Would definitely recommend 😊

Great place to stay. Easy check in and nice and clean. Great large backyard and heaps of parking. Bed was super comfy and the place is very spacious. Would 100% recommend.

Our stay at the Oak Barn at Hedsor was wonderful. The lodging itself is beautiful with large bedrooms and a huge sitting and dining area upstairs beneath the large oak beams. The location worked well as it allowed us to explore the Thames Valley and make two day trips into London. The estate property is beautiful, so do walk and note the different trees and plantings. We highly recommend this property and the people who live and work there.

**A Perfect Stay in the Cotswolds** We had such a wonderful stay at this beautifully presented cottage in the Cotswolds. Immaculate throughout and tastefully decorated, the space felt both cosy and luxurious. A thoughtful touch on arrival was the fresh bread and cake, so welcoming after a journey. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. Deborah, the housekeeper, was fantastic – very responsive and helpful, with clear, timely communication. The location was another highlight – peaceful yet perfectly positioned, with Soho Farmhouse a pleasant walk away. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a charming and relaxing get away!

Great place and a great host. Clean and spacious. Lovely comfy beds and we lacked for nothing. Stacey was excellent in her communication and kindly was flexible on check in. She was available and responsive if needed but gave us space and privacy to relax. What a pretty place Dinton is! I heartily recommend going for walk through the countryside. And there are loads of high quality pun restaurants all around, including the seven stars just at the end of the road

The cottage was gorgeous and Patricia was great at communicating during the sit. Very easy walk into Henley and such lovely surroundings. Would love to come back in the future.
