Apartment holiday rentals in Wyberton

A friend and I booked this place as a short get away for 1 night, taking 1 dog along with us. Whilst we did have to carry the dog up the metal staircase to gain access, we were forewarned and knew this not to be an issue for the dog we took along. We were clearly notified of the rules for no dogs on the furniture, again not a problem for this particular dog (we wouldn't have taken the other male dog here as it wouldn't have been suitable for him and the wishes of the owner). We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful location and was kindly directed where we could walk the dog by the owner, which included field edges and public footpaths with lovely views. The rooftop terrace was a perfect place to relax for the evening enjoying the warm weather. We found everything we needed and the stay was just what we needed, very peaceful. There are surrounding neighbours but the location still felt private and all communication was easy and responsive. Thank you. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous location in the centre of town with shops, restaurants, and local amenities close by. We enjoyed views from the period bay windows of the apartment, which was clean and spacious and had been equipped well, together with supplies of welcoming ‘treats’ (biscuits, crisps, fresh milk, butter, together with various coffees and teas) and eggs from the hosts own hens. Ashley and Lydia communicated very responsively and in a helpful and friendly way and provided loads of useful instructions and local recommendations for our stay. Checking in / out was straightforward, despite our somewhat limited experience in using the key safe supplied! Thank you, we were very happy with our stay and look forward to visiting again 😊

I stayed in this apartment with my wife and two daughters. I could not recommend this place enough. It is literally a two minute walk to loads of nice bars and restaurants too many to choose from for the two nights stay our hosts were super accommodating and they even had the cushions on the outdoor furniture ready for us when we arrived as it was a lovely sunny day .. that is also a wine merchant just below the Appartment which is full of amazing wines .. would highly recommend this place and we hope to be back

Quiet, clean and cosy and tucked away. Well worth the buck if you’d wanna escape to the country for a quiet weekend away. Or if you are a contractor like myself it has all the basic necessities that you need.

Easy to find, located behind a pub (pub is currently closed) the lodges are situated away from the pub itself & accessed via the pub car park. Plenty of dedicated parking outside the lodges, with a step to a decked area running along the front of them, to one end of this there is a sloped ramp allowing easier access. The lodge we stayed in was bright, airy, spotless, modern and had all of the basics to provide a comfortable night's rest. Each lodge has it's own en-suite shower room, with only tea & coffee making facilities, but after chatting to Nick, he said he might be able to provide a microwave & small fridge by prior arrangement. Although Nick is not on site, he is nearby & is VERY quick to respond to any questions you might have. We had a lovely stay, with the peace & quiet we were looking for, we would highly recommend Walcott Lodges & will certainly be using them again in the future. Thankyou Nick & Anna

Stayed here for a week. Had a lovely stay, beautiful surroundings, place was really clean and organised when I arrived. Met Steve and Kim a few times and they were really friendly and great to chat with, and they made sure that I knew I could ask for anything that I needed. Very pleasant stay, would stay here again for sure

Great apartment, much bigger than I thought. Spotlessly clean, everything was as described and Jason was quick to respond to messages. Couldn’t fault at all and would certainly use again if I’m in the area!

Angie's flat was close to the beach, exactly where I wanted to be. There was a great breakfast place just a stone's throw away from the flat overlooking the marvelous sunset beach. Where else do you find a sunset beach on the East Coast??

Beautiful place to stay in a perfect location. Very close to the cathedral and all shops and restaurants, with a parking space too which makes life so much easier. We will definitely return!

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable & spacious accommodation. Friendly host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Mine was just a flying visit so cannot comment on all the amenities but would happily return and recommend to others.

Paul and Elaine were fantastic hosts. They were very responsive and ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was comfortable and we slept very well on both evenings. The surroundings were beautiful and we were close enough to local amenities and attractions if travelling by car.

The Apple Loft is absolutely incredible, it was so clean. I wish I was there longer. The linen smelled amazing, the bed was so comfortable. The shower! It was like a jet wash, the pressure was brilliant. Charlotte is such a lovely, genuine, kind host. Thank you for everything! I wholeheartedly recommend staying with Charlotte at The Apple Loft.

This Airbnb is in an amazing spot in Lincoln, so central and on the same street as bus and train stations so it’s ideal for getting around. The apartment was perfect, was clean and comfortable. Loved the fact it had a washing machine. The host was very kind and had good response times, had even brought me some portable heaters personally to use after I expressed a concern! I’d definitely stay again I loved my time here, such a lovely little apartment in an amazing location.

A lovely peaceful place to stay and the hot tub was easy to use and very relaxing. The apartment is well equipped with all the gadgets you could need and an overall feeling of quality. Some really nice and welcome treats on arrival too! The addition of a few basics such as cooking oil would be perfect!

It was great time .The hot tub was clean and bubbly .The whole place was warm and fun .Best place for relaxation and staycation .The host was very helpful and responsive.Though we came late she stayed there and gave a quick orientation and even made the tub for us loved it🥰

Great place to stay. Lovely surroundings, friendly working farm, my kids loved seeing the piglets and feeding them. A walk into Lincoln in just over an hour, through the fields, brilliant. Super helpful and friendly host. Great hot tub with privacy, accommodation had everything needed for a great stay. Would highly recommend and happily stay again. Thanks Fen Farm

Lucie was very helpful In getting to the address. she always reply on time and available to help. the property was clean and tidy and very private just as I like it.

A great find, ideal for birding at RSPB Frampton Marsh and Freiston Shore. Quiet, very comfortable & well equipped, though didn't get chance to try the hot tub with the weather! Hope to return.

Celebrating my birthday we came away for the weekend to Andy’s place. It was lovely and peaceful and the lodge was in a great location close to woodhall spa but not too busy or noisy. The lodge itself was perfect for my family and dog and had everything we needed inside. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day walking and visiting different places. Loved staying in Thyme! Lovely area, so peaceful, and very dog friendly! Exactly what I was looking for! The apartment was beautifully furnished and clean. Absolutely would stay again!
