You can do this in our sunny 2-room apartment (65 m²) in Frauenland (Würzburg) with a large southwest terrace and direct access to the pool and garden (756 m²). There you can play ball, badminton or table tennis. Our kettle grill is also ready for you. By bus you can reach the university at Hubland in 2 minutes and in 10 minutes the city center in 10 minutes.

Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Die helle und zentrale Wohnung befindet sich direkt zwischen dem Ringpark und Südbahnhof Würzburgs. Ausgerichtet ist sie für bis zu vier Übernachtungsgäste. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein 1.60m breites Bett und im Wohnzimmer eine Schlafcouch mit ebenfalls 1.60m Breite. Die Küche ist grundausgestattet. Das Badezimmer verfügt neben einer geräumigen Duschwanne ebenfalls über einen Waschtrockner, wodurch auch längere Aufenthalte möglich sind.

The apartment is located between the University of Hubland and the old town. The campus of the University of Würzburg (Hubland) is 1 km away and can be reached on foot in 13 minutes. The Residenz Würzburg (2 km) is a 25-minute walk.
