200 qm großes Ferienhaus, gebaut 2024 auf einem 1000 qm großen Grundstück. 1,3 km zu Fuß durch den Wald des Nationalparks Wollin zum Strand.  Schlafhaus: 5 Schlafzimmer (9 Schlafplätze), 2 Bäder, 1 WC. Wohnhaus: Großer Wohnbereich, Lehmofen, Esstisch, Kücheninsel sowie Terrasse und Garten. Der Ort erinnert an die Ostsee, wie wir sie auf Usedom von früher kennen: Hoher Buchenwald, wenig Menschen, keine Autos in der Nähe des Strandes – und die Ostsee ohne Promenade und Spektakel.

Stąd też zadbaliśmy o wszystkie detale – spójną kolorystykę, wysokiej klasy materiały czy też indywidualnie zaprojektowane meble.
