Kimberlee was absolutely amazing!!! Such a wonderful host!! Always easy to get ahold of, so friendly, great recommendations! She goes above and beyond for her guests!! You feel like family when you stay with her! Her place was so great!! It was so clean and decorated so cute!! Great location!! Had everything you could need! Private beach access with beach service which was so wonderful to have!! Walking distance to various restaurants! Felt safe and comfortable!! Friendly guests! Definitely would come back!! If you get the chance definitely book with Kimberlee you will be so happy you did!!! Thank you for everything Kimberlee!

Great place to stay and see Destin. Right on the beach with a great view and the Restaurants are all very close. The Host is very easy to get along with and will immediately respond if you message him with any issues. 5/5

Went for a girls trip!!! Excellent condo, we be going back to stay!! Lynn was very sweet and fast at responding!! Short walk to the beach!! We all loved it and had a great time!!!🩷

Such a great stay!! Martha's condo is exactly as described, and she was super helpful and responsive. We noticed the fridge wasn't cooling as it should be, and 3 hours later someone had been out and the problem was fixed. We were amazed with how responsive and attentive she was to fix a very small problem. The condo itself was super cute, clean, just as described and the views from the balcony were gorgeous! A quick walk to several different places to eat (all of which were amazing- live music and kareoke through the evening), and easy access to the pool and the beach. The private boardwalk to the beach included showers- a huge plus! The condo had everything you could need, including an entire closet of beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, and kids beach toys- you will need nothing!!! our family will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved the location. We didn’t have a great view of the ocean but we could see enough through the buildings in front. We had a small issue with the internet but the hosts were on it quick and replaced the modem. Perfect location. Two wonderful restaurants next door. Two great coffee shops with one being directly below. The beach is right across the street and easy to find a spot. Absolutely loved it.

This place was amazing and in the perfect location! It is definitely one of my favorite places I’ve stayed at through Airbnb. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We had the best Spring Break at Happy Mermaid. Dino was super responsive, and all info was perfect. The proximity to the community pool was great, and our kids could easily go back and forth from the house. The walk to the beach was fairly easy, and the public access had bathrooms, which was great. We easily walked or drove to plenty of shops, restaurants, and the grocery store. The community was lovely and well-kept, and the house backing up to the pond area was so peaceful. The house itself had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We’ve been visiting this area for 40 years, and highly recommend this home and location!

This home was absolutely beautiful! We have 8 kids and it was perfect for them. They honestly never had a moment of being “bored” while we were in the home! It was so cozy and felt like a home to us for the week! It’s in a perfect location! Matt and Sarah were amazing hosts, very responsive, helpful with recommendations and very friendly! This was our second year booking with them!

. Mike and Shari are welcoming hosts and easy to communicate with. This is a great place! lt's clean, comfortable and peaceful. It's well stocked with everything you need. It's in walking distance of the beach and it has beautiful views of the Bay. This was our second time here and we definitely plan on coming back.

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! We loved the area and proximity to restaurants, shopping and the amazing beaches. Beautiful stay; thank you, Yubeiri, for your hospitality and accommodations!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family beach trip with our dogs. It was the perfect spot to relax, clean up after long beach days, and get some rest. Having Roku TVs in each room was a nice touch, and the provided dog beds were much appreciated by our pups. The pools on the property were a bonus, too. Would definitely recommend for families traveling with pets!

Amy was such a hospitable and responsive host. This place felt like home. It was in a perfect location; within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the pool, the beach, while also feeling private and very safe. A drive away you can find Destin and Panama City beach which are full of any activity you can think of; but rosemary keeps you nestled in a private elegant little town. We will 100% be back!

Our multi-generational family stay at JUST DARLIN' was such a wonderful vacation! The house was clean, the beds comfy, and the rooms spacious. It was so bright, and open, and we all felt right at home. All the little touches were perfect. There were plenty of cooking utensils in the kitchen, towels in the bathrooms, and throw blankets to use in the living room. We also really appreciated the night lights in the evening. My daughter loved ''her room" w/the vanity. My parents took the downstairs master and loved stepping into the back patio for their tea and toast each morning. My husband and I enjoyed having the upstairs room to ourselves for quiet naps in the afternoon. We loved going to the pool a few houses up the hill everyday and the Ice Cream Shoppe around the corner was a delight. Julie was responsive and helpful and we can't wait to return! :)

I’d definitely be back. Every Easter I go to Destin to the beach and the weather is always amazing. The hot tub, and pool are definitely worth it.

This was a wonderful location with gorgeous beach views and easy access to the beach. Check-in was easy, though the code on the door keypad was not correct, a quick phone call remedied the issue immediately. The condo was very clean and well equipped with amenities, with all listed items available. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels, and was very nice to have washer and dryer in the unit. The area is mostly quiet and not overly busy or crowded on the beach, though not far from restaurants and shops. The pool was very clean and well maintained and the condo complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a fantastic amenity! would 100% stay again. FYI, for great seafood and dining, Boshamps in Destin is the spot, well worth the wait and cost!!!

Everything was great. One thing you need to check is the dryer vent from the dryer to the wall, it is crushed and it’s taking a while to dry the clothes. Perfect place to stay

I booked this beautiful place the moment I seen it. You can see how amazing this place is from the pictures, but you FEEL it the moment you walk in! Absolutely pristine, clean, inviting, full of character. I have stayed at so many places and have never ever been as satisfied and comfortable until I I got lucky enough to stumble across this magical place. This home is beautifully decorated, the terrace is very private and offers more viewing than your eyes can take in. Comfortable breeze that keeps providing at all times. Michael went out of his way to ensure that all the comforts and conveniences were not forgotten during your stay. I mean EVERYTHING. From up to date appliances, tech, lighting, cooking, even suprised us with a charcuterie board for our cheese plate. This legend has thought of everything! You should do yourself a favor and stop reading this, stop looking and lock this place in if you have a chance. This is the only condo and host I ever considered leaving a review!

We loved the location. Quite, clean and not crowded. Everything was as described. Very easy access to the beach and pool and not long waits for the elevator. The carts to help us get our luggage to our unit was very helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

We stayed at Asti’s place May 23-June 1st. It was our first trip to Pensacola Beach and we absolutely love it and fell in love with Asti’s penthouse condo at the Portofino Island Resort! The condo was absolutely stunning and the views were breathtaking! Asti was a dream host - proving clear instructions and consistent communication, and answered all of our questions promptly! We will definitely be back and would recommend Asti’s condo and her as a host anytime, both get a 10 out of 10 stars in our book!

Another perfect stay at our favorite condo in Navarre. This was our 2nd time at the Sandy Secret. We love staying here so much, we've already booked for the same week next year. Beautiful quiet area with plenty of beach to enjoy and a great place to swim, paddle board, kayak, etc. Awesome fishing pier for guests only and a great place to watch the stunning sunsets. Also a really nice gazebo next to the pier with several charcoal grills to use. I love that you can also take a short walk on the beach in front of the condo and see the sunrise as well. Kevin's place (The Sandy Secret) is very clean with a fully supplied kitchen. We appreciate the use of the beach chairs and umbrella. Nice soft bath towels were a plus. We had a another wonderful stay and we highly recommend the Sandy Secret.
