In the garden behind the house is an equipped summer kitchen ( toaster, microwave, electric stove and wodden BBQ grill ). There is also a lovely summer garden for use. The Room 47 is suitable for family, solo travellers or couples. (6max). Breakfast 12€ per person. Tourist tax is not included in the price.

We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Das Apartment ist hell und freundlich. Es gibt einen Wohn/Schlafraum mit Balkon, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer. Hinter dem Haus ist ein Garten der benutzt werden kann. Die Bushaltestelle, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Arzt, Apotheke, Friseur, Fitnessstudio, Kaffeehaus...sind 3 bis 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ins Zentrum und zum Krankenhaus fährt man 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und eignet sich sehr für längere Aufenthalte. Der gratis Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus.
