Great place to unwind. The beach is pristine, with clear, calm water, right at your doorstep. The host was very responsive and right amount of communication.

St Helena's was the perfect additional accommodation we needed for a group gathering at sultana point. It was very well set up, clean and location was amazing.

Location was great with an amazing view. Merridy and Andrew were very helpful and friendly. The shack was a perfect little set-up for the price and just our small family. It has a nice entertaining area out the front, overlooking the beach which was great for us as the weather conditions weren’t very favourable to be down on the beach itself. Would stay again.

The York Peninsula boasts one of the finest locations I've ever visited. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. We happily spent two days there. The beach is conveniently located less than a minute's walk away and offers a tranquil atmosphere. I certainly plan to return soon!

I have stayed in one of Mike's other apartments, which was lovely, but this one is worth the few extra dollars for the great balcony overlooking the ocean. Thoroughly recommend, not one negative at all! Have already rebooked!

Our first time to black point, the house definitely isn’t a brand new house but for what we paid it was great had everything we need for myself and our kids! We were blown away by the location the back door literally opened up to the sand. We will be back to to this property every year! Highly recommended to anybody. Thanks 😊

Amazing location and this shack has a very picturesque view from the front deck, living room and kitchen. The accommodation is comfortable and as presented in the photo’s.

Lovely area, lots for the kids to do and safe. Close to the beach and a lovely walk along the beach to the Life Saving Club. House was nice but provisions in the kitchen very basic. We had a lovely weekend.

Perfect stay for the family! Villa was so nice and extremely clean, village in which it’s located was great for the kids. We all had a great time, would definitely stay here again!

Huge windows and a balcony to enjoy the spectacular sunsets. Comfy couches to lay on. Well equipped kitchen and lovely dining area also making the most of the view. It was blowing a gale on our first night but we felt warm with the air con on. It’s a very peaceful place with not much around and no shops but really nice for unwinding offline. It was nice to walk out on the extensive rock pools at low tide. Bring your favourite novel (there are also some coffee table books to peruse which kept me occupied). I also noticed a selection of board games and DVDs. We watched our favourite TV series in the evening by connecting our laptop to the living room TV. The only slight inconvenience is bringing all of your own bedding and towels and pillows. But the shower was so big and very enjoyable with the water fall ceiling shower and modern minimal design. It was a short drive to Minlaton for supplies but we mostly brought all of our food with us.

Great space for our large family gathering. Perfectly situated. AIRcon in upstairs living area, luckily the temperature cooled off by night time.

This review is not for the property that we rented but for the hosts. An unfortunate and unforeseen event prevented us from staying in the accommodation that we had booked. Dee and Troy came out after hours and went out of their way to find us alternative accommodation for the weekend. Thankyou for saving our weekend and we look forward to staying in the original accommodation that we booked next time.

We rocked the beach shack vibe at Bernie’s. Awesome location on the beach (down the stairs and rock stairs). Kids loved playing on the safe beach, exploring the rocks and fishing (caught 5 squid and some whiting). Small bathroom but very comfy beds, air con and dishwasher were excellent facilities in this little beach shack- had all we needed. Very clean and functional. We spent most time outside overlooking the beautiful sea.

This house and location was much better than anticipated! The house was in great condition, roomy and perfect layout! Was great to sit around with friends and enjoy the surroundings!

This place is a real gem! The location is absolutely amazing and right on the beach and was so great to sit on the balcony and let the kids play on the sand and find crabs. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. Would have been great if the towels and linen were provided as one less thing to pack as a family but everything else was lovely. We did have some wifi issues and one of the bathrooms wasn’t cleaned properly but the hosts were very responsive and apologetic. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect location and ample room for two families 😊😊
