Holiday rentals with a patio in Woodstock

My husband and I decided to extend our honeymoon stay in the area and the lodging we had been staying at couldn’t host us for the extra day, which is how we came to find this gem! We loved this apartment and wished we could have stayed longer! The location was great and the home itself was just STUNNING. From the low lights & jazz music playing on arrival, to the cute & homey decor, to all the extras (robes, espresso, cozy blankets), this place completely impressed us. Oh, and the outdoor area was just an extra plus! The host was super responsive and sweet and couldn’t have possibly done anything better, it was all perfect! We would 100% recommend this stay and we hope to return for an anniversary trip!

Glenn is a great host. Friendly, helpful, flexible. Wonderful lawn that goes down to the river. Canoe and kayaks available. Fire pit with lots of free wood. Well equipped kitchen. Very quiet. We’d go back anytime.

We were attending a wedding in Shenandoah caverns and this place was absolutely perfect for me, my husband, and our 3-year old. Loved that the day bed was out in the living room so we could keep the lights on in the bedroom after she went to sleep. The place was full of helpful and thoughtful amenities like snacks and complimentary toiletries in case you forgot something. So glad we chose Andrea’s place as our accommodations for the wedding!

We loved the space, everything was clean and in order. While I did not want for a thing, I happen to be an extremely tall woman (6'2") and I did hit my head on more than one occasion. That being said, if you are very tall, know that there are some low ceiling areas. Other than that, Susan provided a wonderful place to enjoy several days, even though they were rainy :(

Loved this stay it was great for my family and I! My one year old had tons of space to play safely and my 10 year old had his own space to be comfortable! Loved this stay! It was nice and cozy!

Absolutely charming place to stay for our weekend visit to Winchester! Host was friendly, location was convenient to old town and to highway. Unit was super cute and wonderfully decorated. Had everything we needed and was a good place to stay with our pup. Would definitely recommend!

Very cute and comfortable. Right in downtown. everything is very convenient walkable to restaurants. even though it's downtown, there really isn't a lot of traffic noise. Highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view, great space, and close to downtown Staunton (10 min). The host is very responsive and accommodating! We were sad to leave and hope to return soon for a longer stay. Highly recommend!!

My family had the best time. We spent Easter weekend, took a day trip to hike at Shenandoah (and visit the Luray caverns). The trail heads we went to were between 1 and 1.5 hours away. We also hiked Big Schloss in George Washington state park (about 20 min to the trail head). The location was peaceful and private. Everything met or exceeded expectations. We had a great time as a family playing pool and games and enjoying the view. We had everything we needed to make meals, and restaurants and grocery stores are about 10 min away. The hosts were great with communication and gave us recommendations when we asked. We would definitely return.

What a great place on the river!! Very peaceful. Clean. Comfy. Loved the screened in porch. The birds are incredible. Has just about everything one would need. Host was responsive. This is 30min outside Luray, but well worth it in my opinion. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend for the easy going traveler. A+ in our books.

My family and I had a great time staying in the home. The images did not do it justice. We were shocked by the beauty of the views and scenery from their home. The property was large and our kids had a blast running around and playing in the treehouse. Highly recommend the place if you like nature and scenery. The train did pass a few times but our kids (ages 2-7) were fine with white noise at night. It didn’t disrupt our time at all. We also really enjoyed the game room. My wife loved using the kitchen and we were thankful they kept some spices on hand. The home is very kid friendly and one of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed at. We grilled, watched the stars from the jacuzzi, picnicked and explored the grounds. We even got to use the laundry room with a quick help from the host. Highly recommend!!

We had an awesome weekend at Cara's! Communication was so easy and she was super accommodating. Wonderful place to stay if you are traveling with your dog. The house was clean and well maintained and the beds were really comfortable! We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks so much for everything, Cara!

The place was really well set up. the drive up is a bit confusing the first time for sure. The house has everything a couple could need. Little bit of privacy, a nice space and a close proximity to a couple of small towns. The house was clean and had plenty of blankets, towels etc. Only negative (and it's a nitpick cause there was a lot of rain the weeks leading up to our stay) but the back deck furniture was covered in mildew and dead leaves. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I’m pretty sad that I don’t own this house. Pictures don’t it justice, and the pics are incredible. The house, the cows, the coziness….I’ve already shared this house to a few friends! Kayla was very responsive throughout our stay. 5 stars all around!

I got a message from Shelly and Gabe the day of travel as to how to get in and some local attractions. They responded during our stay to questions and concerns promptly. Very kind and nice about them. The house was gorgeous. Beautiful rooms. Board games and a easy to use tv. Shelly and Gabe even left the adults a bottle of wine and the kids some ice cream!!! Thank you for that it made for a nice surprise after a long trip. We sat outside and enjoyed the treats and had a fire! Really perfect travel day. We were at a confrence and sadly didnt get to try all the neat places they suggested. But really enjoyed Flour and Water. But would come and stay again. Sent a message as we were leaving. They thanked us. Really everything you would need and want for an Air B&B!!!

Have stayed here multiple times now but this visit was specifically for my daughter and son in law to enjoy a babymoon getaway. The river is easily accessible so they floated in tubes one day and took their canoe out another. They were able to take their dog as it is dog friendly. They grilled out and enjoyed the beautiful decks around the home. Resturant suggestions were layed out with local menus as well as local attractions. Luray Caverns is close by, Cooters, from Dukes of Hazards store serves a great lunch, and the drive and scenery all around is incredible. Sharon is the best host and always available by text or phone for questions. Check in and out were simple.

It was great to have a quiet place with enough beds for our group. We had fun playing cards in the living room at night, and the view of the stars outside was great, too!

We came for a graduation and Bill’s space was perfect for what we needed: private, clean, and comfortable. He was welcoming but not intrusive, and we felt safe. We’d definitely stay again!

Communication was great, the location was nice and the description of the facility was spot on. It was roomy and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Beautiful location, up the hill from the water! Great fishing and easy to get around the local area! House was spotless and smelled clean when we walked in. Bed was comfortable! They've thought of everything! Will visit again!

We had a lovely stay at Lili's place. It was very peaceful! We would definitely book again if we were in the area. Lili was very responsive to any questions we had.

Alison's place is great if you value being walkable to Old Town. We prefer this over staying at the Wyndham Grand because of the separate room for our baby to sleep in. The kitchen is modern and fridge with a water filter is clutch. We didn't try to make any meals. Bed was clean/firm, HVAC was responsive, and lounge chair in the sitting area was comfortable. You can hear the train and street noise (especially cars w/o mufflers) at night, but I assume that's the case if you stay anywhere near Old Town.

If I could give 6 stars, I absolutely would. I've stayed in over 100 Airbnbs, and Sam and Jason are truly among the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure of staying at their place. I brought my boat along, and they went out of their way to share the best spots on the lake—which made the trip even more memorable. Their home was incredibly cozy and welcoming; my family absolutely loved it. I honestly can't say enough good things about the experience. I highly recommend staying here, and I’m already looking forward to coming back later this month.
