The house was first class, and I didn’t think you could improve it in any way!!!

We loved our time staying here. Anne was very welcoming, greeting us on arrival. We were also offered a jug of milk, as well as very kindly getting us some toys from upstairs for our little one to play with. Anne was also very helpful beforehand, responding to any queries that we had. A beautiful annex that had everything we needed for our stay, we would fully recommend this place!

I can't fault our stay. I came down with my partner and our 14 month old, it was more of a 'base' for us rather than somewhere we were going to spend entire days in as I was down for a course and there is loads to do in the area - especially if your passion is aviation like it is my partners. Immediately they could not have been more accommodating. We were arriving quite late and this was not made to feel like a problem - they made it even easier for us by leaving the property open. Immediately on entry there were many little touches - clearly catered to us from what they knew - which made it all that more special. Books and toys had been left out for our little one, the travel cot was made up perfectly, and even through our stay they really went out of their way to do all that they could. The weather was lovely so we were offered a picnic blanket to go out and use in the garden, just to name one thing. It was the perfect home from home, and we will absolutely be back.

Excellent accommodation and would definitely stay again if I’m in the area. I was travelling for work and spending a few days in the area so it was excellent to find such a great place rather than staying in a hotel. Communication with Joanna was excellent and all the information provided was spot on. She is a great host.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, cozy, and absolutely charming—perfect for our family of five. The host was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

Dinky House was perfect for us. Located to be able to walk into Lincoln in 30 minutes or jump on bus close by. Everything was easy to use and very comfortable and cosy. Would recommend highly. Lucy always answered very quick on the messenger.

Lovely cottage, as described. We stayed a week and found it very comfortable with everything we needed. The welcome pack and home made cake was just what was needed when we arrived!

This host is fantastic and made us feel so welcome. Communication was 5*. The cottage was clean, homely and so comfortable. We will keep our fingers crossed that we can always stay here when we need to visit family in sleaford from now on

This gorgeous cottage is a fabulous place to stay if you're visiting Newark or the surrounding areas. Set in the heart.of Newark town centre, it's incredibly close to all the amenities including shops, restaurants, castle and market place which is just a 5 minute walk away, yet it is still very peaceful. Beautifully decorated and very spacious, with a terrific bathroom with a large shower with rainfall shower head, it is incredibly comfortable and has a lovely atmosphere. We have stayed twice already and have booked again for a future event. Dale the host, is very helpful and friendly and always trys to accommodate your requests. We can't recommend this cottage highly enough 😊

Peta’s flat was exactly as described.Lots of room for 5 people which we had at end of our stay. Details were sent by email and were very detailed in every aspect. The hi light was the beautiful garden with furniture we could use. Our family had a big occasion for a member which Peta noted. I would not hesitate to recommend this Airbnb to others.Excellent

Chose this place slightly randomly but am so pleased we did! Perfect location minutes from the castle and cathedral and lots of lovely places to eat with an amazing view. Had everything we needed and the bed in particular was exceptional- big, comfortable with lovely bed linen. Often that’s the bit that can let a place down but not in this property. Lincoln is a brilliant place for a weekend visit- so much to see and do. And our sons jumped on a train from London and joined us for the day too as an added bonus! We took the free walking tour which set us up well but I hadn’t imagined there’d be so many lovely shops and art galleries too. Plus live music and theatre and cinema and of course the beautiful music at the cathedral (I went to choral evensong) Thank you Valerie- will be recommending to everyone!

Super easy parking and clear and easy access into the flat which was immaculately clean and ready to enjoy. All the basics were there and the Sainsburys Local almost opposite was ideal to top up with. Had lunch at the Horse & Groom which is at the end of the road and had a great meal. Thanks Emma, you have done a great job!

Beth was a fab host and her place was like a dream! So quite and peaceful and plenty of parking - we loved staying here :)

Easy to find, located behind a pub (pub is currently closed) the lodges are situated away from the pub itself & accessed via the pub car park. Plenty of dedicated parking outside the lodges, with a step to a decked area running along the front of them, to one end of this there is a sloped ramp allowing easier access. The lodge we stayed in was bright, airy, spotless, modern and had all of the basics to provide a comfortable night's rest. Each lodge has it's own en-suite shower room, with only tea & coffee making facilities, but after chatting to Nick, he said he might be able to provide a microwave & small fridge by prior arrangement. Although Nick is not on site, he is nearby & is VERY quick to respond to any questions you might have. We had a lovely stay, with the peace & quiet we were looking for, we would highly recommend Walcott Lodges & will certainly be using them again in the future. Thankyou Nick & Anna

We had an amazing stay at Bradley East Wing. The cottage was beautiful with a lot of attention to detail - fresh flowers from the garden were a fantastic touch. A very peaceful stay. Anna & Ian were very hospitable & no query was too much. We are very much looking forward to a future stay

We had a lovely stay over new year, cosy fireplace and friendly pubs within walking distance.

Wonderful hosts in a wonderful location! The Cartlodge is a fantastic apartment with a fully furnished kitchen and comfortable areas to relax in, and the surrounding area is beautiful. Simple drive into Grimsby and other main roads are close by. Jo and James made me feel at home from the first day, responded very quickly to anything I needed assistance with in the apartment, and made the experience really enjoyable and comfortable. Could not recommend the apartment or the hosts enough. Thank you guys!

David is a lovely host and the flat was perfect for our stay. It was tidy and had great facilities, as well as being within walking distance of the city centre. I would highly recommend!

Another lovely few days in Woodhall Spa. A fabulous location right in the town near to everything you could need. The apartment is beautiful and fabulously quirky! And the treats left by Harriet make for a special break.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable house. Some nice touches like fresh milk, tea and coffee and fruit as well as shampoo and shower gel. I’ll definitely return next year!

We loved our weekend at The Treehouse. The apartment is well laid out and tastefully furnished. It's so convenient for Lincoln which is a 15-20 minute walk. We had a lovely breakfast at the Sycamore restaurant just downstairs. The local pub was great and there are takeaways within walking distance. James is a great host and really made us feel at home.

We stayed at Andrew and Moira’s for a wedding anniversary weekend which had also coincided with a concert at the local Town Hall. Moira’s premises was right in the centre and very close to restaurants, shops and all local amenities. We couldn’t have wished for a nicer, cleaner or more well appointed place to stay or for more friendly and amenable hosts. I can’t recommend the apartment enough and we will certainly stay there again on the next occasion that we decide to visit Louth. Very highly recommended indeed.

This is the best Airbnb we have been to. This is our third visit to Michelle's place and each time we are delighted with the wonderful apartment and the pristine conditions and all the little extras that are available. It's easy to walk to the shops and restaurants, but there are all the facilities to make meals if you prefer to stay home. Michelle is always very prompt in responding to questions. We hope to be returning again soon.
