Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Woodford

Rukayat was super responsive and very helpful when checking in. The place is free of clutter, and was very clean. It’s easily within walking distance of Canning Town Station which is super convenient. Could maybe do with the addition of a tea towel to dry plates and cups used, and the arm of the sofa was a bit broken, but considering the price, the convenience, and having all other amenities we needed, we really can’t complain. Thank you for having us, we will probably be back soon!

Nice and clean little flat in a great location close to the Tube and bus station. Minutes away from bars, restaurants, supermarkets and Shopping Mall. Despite being in a very busy area the flat is remarkably quiet and peaceful inside. No sound of traffic or the hustle and bustle right outside.

We had such a wonderful stay at Gabby’s place! Gabby is a responsive, friendly and proactive host and his place is fabulous. Full of personality, cheeky humour and style, but that doesn’t get in the way of it being a comfortable, well appointed flat with great amenities and a really great base to explore from. Both bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the sofa is out of this world! We kept in touch on arrival day and Gabby’s co-host Dan met us outside a nearby landmark to take us to the flat and answer any questions we had. We felt really welcome and confident that Gabby would have helped with anything we needed if anything came up. You don’t get hosts like this all the time, we feel so lucky! Would recommend to anyone (and have already recommended to friends)… thanks so so much Gabby for a wonderful stay!

This place was amazing! So much space in all the living areas and was a great experience being in a Victorian flat. We will definitely be back if we're ever visiting London again.

Stunning place! The location was perfect for exploring notting hill and west London in general! The common space is beautiful and has so much natural light. The patio was perfect for fresh air. 10/10 experience!

Very new, lovely quiet apartment block with private secured parking. Ideal for Stansted Airport and right next to Harlow train station. Good price if you are splitting it 5 ways which we did. Only downside would be that it sleeps 6 but only seating for 4 at dining table and 4 at a push on sofa.

Fantastic stay! Hugh was very friendly and responsive and the best a host could be. He took my concerns seriously and was very nice. Perfect host! The place was neat, had everything we needed (wifi, a washing machine, the shower was perfect pressure!). Super easy to get in (Hugh left great instructions and maps) and the location had a lot of convenient spots (such as a Sainsburies, Iceland, a very cute sunflower cafe! And two tube stations either side) I definitely recommend using the suffragette line over the central to get there. The only downside is the neighbour we had- as he was loud at early hours. Of course you can't choose the neighbours you get but If staying here I reccomend staying with one or two friends/family members. Other than that neighbour, the area was relatively quiet and had plenty of take out options for when you're tired after a long day Thank you Hugh!

Francesca's place was perfect for us to crash after an event in London. Super easy to find, she was responsive to my messages and made us feel welcome. Will hopefully look to stay again for similar events we have!

Lovely stay at Emma’s whilst we visited a concert at the Olympic stadium would stay again and highly recommend!!😊😊

Had an amazing time at Neil’s. He’s super nice, kind and helpful, the place is exactly as described and in a very nice and quiet area. Felt right at home as soon as I got in and had the pleasure to spend some time with his adorable cat Bentley, super cute, super cuddly! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend my days in London. I highly recommend it if you’re planning your stay in London and I will definitely be back next time I’m in the city! I was aprehensive about staying with a host for the first time but this was a great experience. Josephine was very friendly, you have your own private space in a very peaceful house located in the heart of Dalston right off the high street. Everything was spotlessly clean with the comfiest bed I think I've ever slept in. Would book again.

This was the first experience of London for some of my foster children and it was a wonderful location for them to explore London. The buses and tubes were so easy to navigate and we were in central London within 20 minutes. The area is amazing and really busy with everything you need on your doorstep. We loved Shoreditch Park for the dog and the amazing pancakes and smoothies at Bobo and Wild coffee shop. I slept in the rooftop bedroom, we had hot weather, 32 degrees one day, so I slept with the doors fully bolted open and it was lovely and cool at night. Laying on the sunbeds and watching the world go by was so relaxing. We all loved every minute of our holiday and would definitely stay here again. The place is truly amazing, spacious and relaxing. Philippe is a great host who always responded quickly.

We had a fantastic stay at Matthew’s place! The location was perfect, easy access to trains and bus routes, easy check in and very comfy beds! Matthew’s communication with instructions for check in were very handy and the space was spotlessly clean. The weather was perfect to make use of the terrace. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

I absolutely loved my stay in Valeria’s apartment! Lots of nice amenities, the bathtub was a highlight. Great location, near many good restaurants. I highly recommend!

Very acommodating host, got some fans for us during a hot stay in the summer. Answers fast and helpful, area is great close to many reataurants, bars and shops as well as the station for further travel into London.

Lovely space with interesting art throughout the space. Don’t come and expect a standard flat; it’s comfortable and a stunning view of the city There is no tv but don’t worry you’ll spend all your time gazing out of the windows.

A nice, convenient appartment in a fairly quiet area. Public transport is just around the corner. With more than 20 AirBnb bookings, this one had one of the best beds, and probably the best shower of all.

I stayed in Ari's apartment for five nights in December, and I would love to come back. The apartment is spacious with a good view, but still quiet and peaceful. The living room is very comfortable for resting and relaxing, and the balcony felt like a fabulous extra room. The heating and air conditioning was very responsive, and I was comfortable throughout my trip, which included a few very cold days. Ari is a fantastic host who worked with my schedule -- even with a few last minute changes on my end. This is a great place to stay if you're planning to work in or walk around Shoreditch or City of London, or need to be near Liverpool Street Station or the Northern Line.
