Park House Retreat In the heart of Norfolk broads

EllieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We just spent a few days at The Retreat and everything was perfect. It is in a peaceful, rural location but with an excellent pub almost next door (Salhouse Lodge) which has great food and is dog friendly. We visited with our nervous dog and Mark and Marion were very accommodating of her - the private garden was also secure for her to run around in. You get a gorgeous view of the sunset from The Retreat and it’s also a great view for spotting wildlife - we saw a Little Owl and Red Kite from the garden :) You can walk from The Retreat to Salhouse Broads and we also drove to nearby beaches. Thanks for a brilliant stay!

Hilley Holey

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The cottage was well equiped. We had use of a patio area and the garden, if the weather allowed. It was lovely to see the wildlife in the garden every morning. An easy walk to the local brewery and pub. A very peacful village.

Kingfisher's Retreat

LauraRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We had an incredibly peaceful and relaxing stay at Kingfisher Retreat on Mill Farm. The safari-style tent was beautifully designed and tucked away in a secluded spot, offering complete privacy away from the main campsite. It was immaculately clean when we arrived and fully equipped for a comfortable stay - though a toaster would have been a nice little addition. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic, with underfloor heating that made it warm and cozy morning and night. Although we spent most days exploring the Norfolk area, we could have easily spent all our time at the retreat, soaking up the sun and enjoying the tranquility. Communication before our visit was smooth, and we received a warm welcome from Lillie. The fresh bread, milk, and eggs were thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Overall, it was a truly peaceful and private escape - perfect for switching off and reconnecting with nature. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

Small Annex Near City Centre

LeoRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Super clean little place. Everything worked, the shower was decent and the bed was reasonably comfortable. All the essentials were supplied like tea and coffee, cutlery, plates and bowls and it was nice to find shower gel and shampoo as well. Parking was great, though the entrance was a little difficult to find!

Pauline was really lovely - checked in on the kids having enough to do in the rain, and was available for our questions with super quick replies.

Charming Cottage in Norfolk Broads Village

KatharineRating, 5 stars1 week ago
What a fantastic house, and a lovely host! I was in town with friends for a wedding, one of whom brought her dog. Not only was Rachael quick to respond and very kind in offering accommodations for the dog, the house itself was impeccable. Comfortable, clean, stylish and spacious - it was absolutely perfect as a home away from home over the weekend. Thank you Rachael!

Charming boathouse, Norfolk Broads

JamesRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The Boathouse is simply lovely. From the moment you set foot inside you feel comfortable. It is a high quality conversion that is both sympathetic to it's original design and exceptionally cosy as a modern living space. The small downstairs kitchen is functional, the wet-room style bathroom is spacious and the upstairs lounge/bedroom is perfectly laid out with an excellent view. We really enjoyed making use of the hot tub and summer house in the evenings too. Ranworth is a very pleasant place to visit, with a nice cafe and pub just a minutes walk around the corner, both overlooking the Ranworth Broad mooring area. Jane was lovely to chat too via the app and responded quickly to any message that we sent. For us, three nights wasn't enough, we're already looking to rebook. 🙂

Stunning barn conversion - the heart of the Broads

Charming rural setting, clean and modern inside. Comfortable and warm cottage, perfect for a winter break. Stephen was attentive and welcoming but left us to our own devices to enjoy the peace. Would definitely come back!
