The apartment is centrally located in the Koblenz district and popular holiday resort of Güls. Shops and facilities serving everyday needs (supermarket, bakery, bank, post office, doctors, etc.) are just as within walking distance as the beautiful Mosel bike and walking trails. The cozy attic apartment was renovated at the end of 2021 and completely newly furnished. It is designed as a temporary apartment/ apartment and therefore "spoon-ready" and equipped with a modern air conditioning system for heating and cooling.

Separate attic apartment with approx. 53 m², which is reached via a shared staircase in our terraced house. The bright apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. In the living room there is a sofa, armchair, flat screen (cable) and Bluetooth system. In the bedroom there is a 160 x 200 cm bed. In the bathroom is a shower + cabinet and storage bench. The toilet is separate. The kitchen is functionally equipped: 4-burner induction stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

Keep in mind! Starting March 1, 2025, there will be a full closure of the B49 between Lay and Moselweiss. Start of the construction of a cycle path. This means that a detour towards Koblenz of plus 12 km (approx. 15 min longer drive) is to be expected. Buses will be diverted. You will stay centrally located in the Mülheim district. In the immediate vicinity, you will find one of the best restaurants in the region, Restaurant Linde. Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.
