Die Wohnung hat uns große Freude bereitet. Schon beim Eintreten fiel uns auf, wie sauber und ordentlich alles war. Meine Geschwister und ich haben zwei ruhige Nächte sehr gemütlich geschlafen – genau das, was wir uns von einem Aufenthalt in einem ruhigen Stadtteil erhofft hatten. Alles, was man für einen kurzen Urlaub braucht, war in der Wohnung vorhanden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die moderne und stilvolle Einrichtung – wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an den Gastgeber, der wirklich an alles gedacht hat! Herr Reda war ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der sich bestens um uns gekümmert hat. Bereits im Vorfeld habe ich alle wichtigen Informationen zur Wohnung rechtzeitig erhalten, sodass bei der Ankunft alles reibungslos verlief.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Notre hote Alaeddine a été très reactif toutes les fois où nous avions des interrogations. Le logement correspond parfaitement au descriptif qui est fait. Cosy, douillet, agréable, bon emplacement. Toutes les conditions sont réunies pour passer un bon séjour. Nous reviendrons tres certainement. Sophie et Richard

Excelente ubicación! Muy cerca de una parada de autobús. Que te lleva haciendo trasbordo al centro de Paris. Es muy fácil porque ahora se puede descargar la tarjeta desde el iPhone y también cargar billetes de tren u metro. Un restaurante de hamburguesas y pastas cerca! Muy tranquilo,buena atención,ambiente privado y todo moderno.

The apartment has everything you need for a good stay. Also location is top! 5 min walk from RER B line which takes you to gare du nord, CDG airport and city center easily.

Wonderful house. Super well equipped. Quiet location. 40 minutes from Paris. With spectacular transport links and very well located. Annei is a sweetheart and always very attentive. I recommend it. 50 stars. I will definitely repeat.

Wir waren von Donnerstag bis Sonntag für ein verlängertes Wochenede bei Evann. Es war genau so, wie durch die Bilder und Beschreibungen zu erwarten. Am 2. Abend haben wir eine überragende italienische Pizzeria neben dem Supermarkt entdeckt, auch diese ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sollten wir wieder in Fresnes sein, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Had a wonderful stay!! The apartment was absolutely perfect, fully equipped with everything you will need. It is just down the road from the metro so you can easily get anywhere but even just Bourg la reine was great with some nice local restaurants and cafes, even just if you want to go for a nice walk about. Hadi the host was brilliant, gave clear instructions, recommendations and was always happy to help. We couldn’t have had a better time 🤩

Ubytování nás naživo naprosto uchvátilo, na fotkách je krásné, v reálu ještě hezčí. Co nás překvapilo byla terasa, kterou jsme dle fotografií vůbec nečekali a ta teda byla 🤩. Malinkou nevýhodou jsou vrzající hlavní dveře, kdy slyšíte příchod každého nájemníka, nic co by se ale nedalo vyřešit a nějak výrazně by zkazilo náš pobyt. Byt se nachází na hlavní ulici, kdy je sice slyšet venkovní šrumec, ale okenice skvěle utlumí venkovní hluk. Kolem bytu je několik zastávek, takže doprava není problém :). Ve zkratce, ubytovaní předčilo naše očekávání, děkujeme :).

J’ai passé un séjour incroyable chez Véronique. Tout ce que j’avais demandé était au rendez-vous, et même au-delà de mes attentes. J’avais demandé une décoration spéciale et elle n’a pas oublié, tout était parfaitement préparé. Elle a pris la peine de m’accueillir chaleureusement, de tout bien m’expliquer et de s’assurer que je ne manquais de rien. Son logement est parfaitement conforme à la description et très confortable. Merci encore pour ta gentillesse et ton hospitalité, Véronique ! Je recommande vivement.

Ich habe die Olympischen Spiele in Paris besucht und konnte Paris problemlos in einer Stunde mit Bus & Bahn erreichen. Nach einem anstrengenden Tag habe ich mich wunderbar im Appartement entspannen können. Die Wohnung wurde mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet, modern gestaltet und top ausgestattet. Im Sommer ist es wunderbar kühl. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und grün. Mein Auto konnte problemlos vor der Türe parken und die Anreise ist einfach. 🤩👌🏼🔝👍🏻 Meine absolute Empfehlung. Merci 🙏 Isabelle

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft. Ruhig gelegen mit einer Parkanlage, schönen Restaurants und einer sehr leckeren Bäckerei. Bis zur S-Bahn waren es 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Super Anbindung um nach Paris zu fahren. Wahab war sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder einchecken.

Super logement, très propre, hôte très disponible par message, je recommande fortement. Horaire très intéressante qui nous permet de bien profiter de l appartement et notamment du jaccuzi mis à notre disposition 😁

Daniel's Airbnb is a hidden gem in the area. It's very close to the RER B station which connects to most of Central Paris. Takes 15-20 minutes to get to Central Paris by train. Close to the southern area of Parc de Sceaux, a large beautiful park in the area. The unit feels very modern and the patio garden area is calm and serene. There's a washer in the unit which is useful to wash any laundry you have and a foldable clothes line to air dry your clothes. Definitely a nice place to stay, if you're staying in this area or just looking for an affordable place that can reach Central Paris relatively quickly.

Un séjour rapide mais néanmoins très agréable, les instructions données par Cécile sont claires et précises, le logement est d'une propreté parfaite et un emplacement idéale proche d'Orly. Je recommande vivement !

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

Sophie ist wirklich die charmanteste, einfühlsamste Vermieterin die man sich denken kann. Extrem hilfsbereit, sehr viele Tipps auch abseits des typischen Tourismus. Die Wohnung ist mit dem öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung hat einen Vintageflair. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sophie reagiert auch extrem schnell (defekter Wasserkocher u.24Std später war ein neuer da). Die Terrasse mit dem Ausblick ist das Highlight! Leider mussten wir wegen eines Unfalls die Wohnung nach 3 Tagen verlassen. Auch hier war Sophie sehr hilfsbereit. Ein ganz ganz dickes Dankeschön für die sehr gute Betreuung. Wir kommen definitiv wieder - wenn auch nicht dieses Jahr. Und auf jeden Fall buchen wir die Wohnung von Sophie. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Bäcker, Restaurants und Supermarkt. Liebe Sophie ich kann dir gar nicht genug danken für deine Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Deine Ladys aus Hamburg:-)
