Excellent location! Very close to a bus stop. Which takes you to the center of Paris. It's very easy because now you can download the card from your iPhone and also load train or subway tickets. A burger and pasta restaurant nearby! Very quiet, good service, private atmosphere and everything modern.

The apartment has everything you need for a good stay. Also location is top! 5 min walk from RER B line which takes you to gare du nord, CDG airport and city center easily.

Wonderful house. Super well equipped. Quiet location. 40 minutes from Paris. With spectacular transport links and very well located. Annei is a sweetheart and always very attentive. I recommend it. 50 stars. I will definitely repeat.

We were at Evann's for an extended weekend from Thursday to Sunday. It was exactly as expected from the pictures and descriptions. On the 2nd evening, we discovered an outstanding Italian pizzeria next to the supermarket, which is also highly recommended. If we are in Fresnes again, we will be happy to come back.

Had a wonderful stay!! The apartment was absolutely perfect, fully equipped with everything you will need. It is just down the road from the metro so you can easily get anywhere but even just Bourg la reine was great with some nice local restaurants and cafes, even just if you want to go for a nice walk about. Hadi the host was brilliant, gave clear instructions, recommendations and was always happy to help. We couldn’t have had a better time 🤩

The accommodation absolutely captivated us, it is beautiful in the photos, even more beautiful in real life. What surprised us was the terrace, which we did not expect at all according to the photos, and it was🤩. A tiny disadvantage is the creaking front door, when you hear the arrival of each tenant, but nothing that could not be solved and would significantly spoil our stay. The apartment is located on the main street, where you can hear the outside noise, but the shutters perfectly dampen the outside noise. There are several stops around the apartment, so transportation is not a problem :). In short, the accommodation exceeded our expectations, thank you :).

We loved the apartment's location and how clean it was upon arrival. The space was just as described The flat was charming, and Véronique was friendly and helpful.

I think this room overall is very good.It is about a 15-minute walk from the C train station, and the living environment is quiet.Everything is provided in the room, and check in and check out is also very easy.Overall, this is a great value for money and highly recommended.

I visited the Olympic Games in Paris and was able to reach Paris easily in an hour by bus & train. After a busy day, I was able to relax wonderfully in the apartment. The apartment was furnished with a lot of love, modernly designed and well equipped. In summer, it is wonderfully cool. The neighborhood is quiet and green. My car could easily park in front of the door and the journey is easy. 🤩👌🏼🔝👍🏻 My absolute recommendation. Merci 🙏 Isabelle

A really nice place. Quietly located with a park, beautiful restaurants and a very tasty bakery. It was a 3-minute walk to the S-Bahn. Great connection to go to Paris. Wahab was very friendly and always easy to reach. We would check back in here anytime.

Daniel's Airbnb is a hidden gem in the area. It's very close to the RER B station which connects to most of Central Paris. Takes 15-20 minutes to get to Central Paris by train. Close to the southern area of Parc de Sceaux, a large beautiful park in the area. The unit feels very modern and the patio garden area is calm and serene. There's a washer in the unit which is useful to wash any laundry you have and a foldable clothes line to air dry your clothes. Definitely a nice place to stay, if you're staying in this area or just looking for an affordable place that can reach Central Paris relatively quickly.

A quick but nevertheless very pleasant stay, the instructions given by Cécile are clear and precise, the accommodation is perfectly clean and an ideal location close to Orly. I highly recommend it!

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Very nice accommodation and very nice host!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

Great view from penthouse apartment, especially Eiffel Tower light show at night. Very safe area. Lovely park nearby, and lots of restaurants. Sophie is a great communicator. Be sure to ask how to put the washer/dryer into dry mode, I never did figure that out. Will definitely stay here again next time in Paris. Thank you, Sophie!
