omg this was the cutest little house and it was such a great getaway <3 lori and darci were so responsive and communicative and the location to town was great. i could’ve done without all of the hateful neighbors, but oh well. hot tub was perfection and the massage chair was such a fun bonus! def would stay again <3

Our extended family enjoyed our weekend stay at the guesthouse. Beautiful accommodations, quiet - secluded setting, well furnished, with spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Although the house was not huge, our family of 12 was very comfortable and we enjoyed the walking trails through the property and fires in the evenings as we star gazed. We have gathered for Memorial Day weekends the last 25 years, and this would rank up with one of our favorite experiences.

This had been my third using this place usually with my husband and dogs. It’s always been easy access to what we are doing in the area and convenient for our dogs. The host has always been great and is very home like. We will continue to book here when we are in the area.

Alpine Oasis was a true, relaxing getaway. The outdoor area has everything you could want/need (pontoon boat, paddle boat, peddle boat, kayaks, hot tub, fire pit, hammocks, etc). We were always outside enjoying nature and it felt very private and relaxing. Books were read and good company was had! The kitchen was fully equipped and we cooked often but also went out to enjoy some Wisconsin Supper Clubs! Grocery store was close, as was a delicious bakery and country market. As a bonus, a dog is welcome! We loved our time here and hope to return!

We loved staying here so much that we decided to stay an extra night. David was very responsive and hospitable. Already making plans on coming back here again next year!

great little gem! adorable house that is surprisingly incredibly spacious. the kitchen is large and equipped with everything you need. tons of beds and each room is really comfortable. the property is so pretty and peaceful. we stayed up far too late around that fire pit too! we will absolutely be back. Rachel is a great host too. excellent communication and was willing to work with us. definitely recommend staying here!

The pictures do not do this place justice. It was absolutely beautiful! Everything was very clean and fresh. The view is amazing and the property is so private. We loved the screened in porch and the fireplace. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Our pup loved running around and going out on the dock. The location was just what we wanted, centrally located between the bike trails in Boulder Junction and Lac Du Flambeau, and the convenience of Woodruff and Minocqua where there are many good restaurants and Dan's Minocqua Fudge where they make their own excellent ice cream and candy. We also took a nice walk on the Bearskin State Trail out of Minocqua. I highly recommend Christine's place and we will definitely be back!

We had a great stay. This is my first time requesting an AirBNB and I was a little nervous. However Melissa made it feel simple and safe. Melissa checked in with me often which was really nice. I would definitely stay. There were a few plumbing which is out of anyone’s control but Melissa was much aware and made accommodation for my family. I appreciate her communication ! I will stay there next time for sure.

Linda's place was fantastic - as was Linda. She was incredibly responsive and worked really hard to get the pool up and running as quickly as possible during our stay (a gift considering the unusually hot weather we had in early May during our stay). The house was immaculate and had everything we needed in terms of kitchen supplies, toys for the kids, linens, and plenty of spaces for people to relax and unwind. We loved it so much we are hoping to either return to Linda's place one day or get a place of our own in Chippewa Falls.

Angela was wonderful! The home was beautiful, and spotless! She supplied many cooking utensils and lots of kitchen supplies which made meals easy! Our group of 10 stayed here comfortably and we can’t wait to come back! Angela responded promptly with any questions we had and made sure we felt welcome! The price is incredible, this home can’t be beat!

We had such a peaceful stay at Lisa’s place in the forest . It’s very clean and well furnished.The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s beautiful, and I loved sipping my morning coffee on the patio. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind. Will definitely book again for our next Wisconsin getaway. Thank you again 💕

Beautiful location & views, whether sunrise, sunset or stargazing. Peaceful & quiet. The kitchen appliances, utensils, outdoor grill, and stores in Richland Center (special mention for Richland Center Locker) make this a great place for people who like to cook their own meals. Beds and furniture left us rested and relaxed. Hope for clear skies during your stay so you can stargaze with minimal light pollution and listen to the coyotes and barred owls around the fire pit. Having a washer and drying was great especially after a busy day hiking, on the water or whatever way you enjoy the Driftless region. Thanks, Gloria & Jeff.

To find a yurt in Wisconsin that’s not on the campground is a gem. This was not my first time, but was my fiancé‘s first time in a year and the experience couldn’t have been more delightful. As many other reviewers have noted Dan is a kind and welcoming host. His property fits those that are not looking for a five star hotel they’re looking for cozy/comfort just above backpacking experience to knowing that you won’t get rained on and you have a clean commode with toilet paper and a lovely beautiful warm outside shower. You don’t need much more to find joy. Our English cocker spaniel had a smile on her face the entire time Paisley smelt every blade of grass and wanted nothing more than to chase the neighbors horses and sheep, but of course we were respectful and let her look out the car window as we slowly drove by. Our daughter wanted a unique experience for her birthday and the dome was perfect! Great space for our family to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfy! Everything was clean and exactly as pictured.
