Our little piece of paradise nestled on the edge of the woods but still in heart of downtown Pawleys. 1 block from Franks bar and restaurant, a few blocks to downtown Pawleys, and 4 blocks to the beach and many golf courses. Morning Coffee lounging on the patio and watching the amazing wildlife = Bliss! We have local birds that hang in the yard and often have wild deer wander through. NO HOA.

Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

Carolina Wren Cottage: New, Relaxing, Dog-Friendly

Charming dog friendly cottage located minutes away from historic Georgetown only about an hour from Charleston. Whether you want to sit on the large porch and enjoy listening to the birds sing or watch them fly back and forth through the beautiful trees. Maybe have an adventure walking along the Harbor walk do a little shopping and enjoy the great selection of restaurants. If that wasn't enough there are several beautiful beaches to enjoy. The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway, which is part of the East Coast Greenway, runs in front of our home. (Bring your bicycle) Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens 1 mile South of us. The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North. Grahams Landing Restaurant is one lot over from us, within walking distance. Southern Hops is across the street.

This is the perfect suite for your next beach getaway! Approximately half a mile to the nearest beach access. Our cozy beach themed guest suite is attached to a separate living space (similar to a duplex or in-law suite) and has a private entrance. It is tucked away in the forest, right across from the creek and ready to welcome you! We had storm damage only a month after starting up our airbnb, so it has been newly renovated twice!

Oceanfront, steps to the sand!

We were quite happy with Mary's place, and everything was clean and as described in the photos. She was also very responsive and helpful with the one or two questions we had. It is always nice to be on the Oceanfront of things and while the deck was a bit small, or would be for a family, it was all right for the two of us. We didn't know about "bike week", but around Thursday, we figured something was up as they rolled in and enjoyed going on the streets until early morning hours. It's the beach, so it's to be expected, I suppose, but nothing in Mary's control or ours. Some construction is taking place on the building, and the pool is currently out of commission. However, this issue will likely be addressed as the construction project comes to a close. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay and would stay there again. Thanks again for everything!

We loved the peaceful decor and the spacious layout of the condo and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches and quality items. It seemed that Glenn had thought ahead about what guests might appreciate. Even though the weather was not great for our stay the condo was so comfortable that we had a great week anyway. The covered porch overlooking the golf course was lovely, peaceful place to start each day.

My wife and I arrived at the check-in time and Patrick was right there to ensure we could get in and asked if there was anything else we needed. We stayed in his cottage and it was wonderful. Everything we needed was there, the decor was fabulous, and it was very clean. If we ever make it back to that area we will definitely stay there again. Thanks for the hospitality.
