Private suite holiday rentals in Winston-Salem

My husband and I stayed here for a few days while a family member was at Wesley Long Hospital. Being walking distance away from the hospital was very convenient. The space is clean and comfortable, though small. We had planned to cook some basic things, but there are no burner or pots (there is a mini-fridge and microwave). Derick and Scarlett are great hosts - they stocked the AirBnB with treats, allowed us to use their laundry facilities, and refunded us the final night when a power outage caused us to check out early.

The room was just as described. The area was quiet and peaceful. Wesley promptly responded to my messages. Will stay again in the future.

I was staying for a work trip and had a trailer with me and Justin was super helpful guiding me in, has lots of space and over all great place to stay, it’s quiet and close to a lot of stores as well, would stay again for sure

What a warm and wonderful welcome my daughter received upon returning from her Supply Chain Management study abroad trip to Vietnam —straight to Natalie’s beautiful, historic home in High Point. This marks the fifth or sixth time either my daughter and her fellow HPU students or I and my friends have had the pleasure of staying with Natalie, and each visit is met with her signature thoughtful and generous hospitality. Her home is the perfect peaceful getaway—quiet and charming—yet ideally located just minutes from High Point University, downtown High Point, and Furnitureland South. We especially enjoy morning and evening walks through her lovely neighborhood during the summer, and always look forward to her neighborhoods festive Halloween decorations and truly spectacular Christmas displays. Thank you, Natalie, for giving us a true home away from home over these past three years. We are so grateful and look forward to seeing you again soon.

My family and I were amazed at the size of the basement apartment and how welcoming it was. It’s one of the nicest basements one ever seen. Some of the rooms were really big and had spacious. The room in the back was my favorite as it was very cozy and the bed was extremely comfortable. The host was always responsive and helpful. That is really important to me. The location is quiet and peaceful. The fridge had waters in them which I was appreciative of. Overall a 10 out of 10 for me. I’d stay here again if I’m ever back in the area. Thank you so much!

Chris was an excellent host. Responsive, kind, and available to help. The house was lovely and very close to the university which is where we needed to go. The beds are comfortable and the compound was fun for the kids.

We loved our stay at Carla’s place! It was comfortable, beautiful, and spotlessly clean! We loved the location - easy access to Battleground Ave and Friendly Center. The neighborhood is private, quiet, and walkable. We appreciated the clear instructions for check-in/out and the extra touches Carla included - snacks, water in the fridge, and easy use of the streaming services. We’d happily stay with Carla again!

Clean and comfortable! Enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again. You do have to park on the street and walk up a brick driveway and then the pavers to the private entrance are loose. This was not a problem for us, and would not keep us from staying again but it maybe a problem for guests who have mobility issues. Bailee provided good communication and responded to my inquiries very quickly!

Lauren’s place was absolutely beautiful! Pristine clean, gorgeous surroundings, beautiful decor and such a homey space. She thought of literally everything! This is a do not miss place! I promise you won’t be disappointed!

An older house with high ceilings, open spaces considering the size, and decorated really cute. I loved it! Had everything we needed. Stocked well. The fence needs a few small repairs, but all in all as described in their listing. Definitely hope it’s available when we are in the area again. Given the area it’s almost expected to be a busy location, but it wasn’t anything like I thought it would be. It’s very quiet and peaceful there but still just minutes away from anything and everything. This house is a little gem. Hosts were very friendly/welcoming. It was a good find for our stay. An added extra* We came into a small situation the day before our departure, with our dog. They were kind enough to extend their check out policy to accommodate us on short notice. Very grateful!!

Joseph's place is neat, clean and stylish. Also it was such a great location! The neighborhood is quiet but close to everything. We had a lovely stay.

We had the chance to stay at Scott's place for a short in-town get-away and it was fantastic! The description was right - it felt like a cozy, peaceful hideaway that made us wish we could stay a little longer. Everything was spotless and looked like new. The beds were comfortable, TVs were huge and perfect for our binge-watching, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood is really quiet, but we found several good restaurants within just a few minutes' drive. Overall, we highly recommend it. Now, we just need to find a reason for another "away" weekend so we can stay here again!

I enjoyed my 3 week stay with hosts, Sara and Barry! They were accommodating and friendly at all times and the apartment contained everything I needed for comfort and convenience. I especially loved being in the country where I felt safe and could enjoy a scenic 14 minute drive to the shopping centers in Greensboro. I was in the process of buying a residence during my stay and the apartment was the perfect location to make trips to my new home as needed.

Garet was an exceptional host! He was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was easy and accomidating.

This was the nicest AirBNB that we have stayed in. Felt more like staying in a really nice home rather than a rental house. Very comfortable furniture and nicely stocked kitchen.

Ruth was friendly, flexible, and great to work with. Her place was spacious, convenient to the grocery store and restaurants, with nice touches everywhere. Parking was easy, near our entrance, and we felt safe. We appreciated the welcome note, the washer and dryer, paper products, coffee, and lighting. The back courtyard was beautiful, and it was nice to sit outdoors. Thank you, Ruth!
