This property is utterly blissful! The home is luxurious, comfortable, and fully stocked with thoughtful amenities. Every surface, inside and out, was sparkling clean and well cared for. The property is serenely beautiful, and the views will take your breath away. The pool was the finest of any Airbnb pool we have ever had the pleasure of enjoying: pristine, well heated, and meticulously cared for by a kind gentleman who went above and beyond to ensure perfection. The sunsets over the fire pit are priceless. Correspondence with the host was immediate, helpful, and friendly. We are verklempt! Thank you sincerely for sharing this treasure with us!

We had a great stay. Host was very responsive and sent clear instructions for checkin. Location was really good for a family reunion we were attending in Caledonia, MN. Whiel the house is on a highway next to a motel, it was very private and quiet in the house. House has 3 bedrooms (each with a queen size bed) as well as a basement with 2 queen beds, so there was plenty of room for all of us. Most of the house was very clean and neat. There were a ton of amenities and the kitchen was very well stocked. The only bad thing was that someone had put away dirty dishes in the cupboards and drawers. Since the guest is supposed to clean all dishes and put them away before leaving, I am assuming that the previous guests did this. However, the cleaners should probably check for this. I would stay here again if visitng relatives in MN.

I booked this location nearly 15 months in advance for State track due to its proximity to UWL. Josh was very friendly in asking about our arrival, and upon arrival he had a bottle of wine for us and a nice note :) The house met every need necessary for us for our stay, that's for sure! I wasn't aware, prior to arrival, due to not reading probably some other reviews, that it was currently being inhabited versus being just a rental, but it felt like I was staying at a family member's and just felt comfortable and homey :) Because it was clear that they trusted us with some belongings they had in the house yet, it felt as though I could trust them. Not to mention we forgot a pair of sunglasses there and they texted asking if they were ours. This was the absolute PERFECT location for our purpose for being in town! Would definitely rent again but for the fact we are done with HS sports and on to college meets. Thanks, Josh, for trusting us with your home!

We had a great time and really enjoyed the house! It’s centrally located, yet quiet at night, and the neighbors we ran into were very friendly. Our kids loved the heated pool (and the amazing pool toys!), and it was great being so close to the lake - each morning we walked the path/sidewalk to spot eagles and other wildlife. One night, we built a bonfire in the solo stove - super fun. Beau was also very communicative and responsive. Definitely a trip to remember!

Tiffany was extremely responsive and communicated very well! The home was beautiful, especially with the outdoor views. Such a great place to stay at.

For an extended stay, this home fits the bill. It is in a very handy location with restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc., only a few blocks away. The home is new & in a new area, where the properties are nice , very well maintained & managed. Allison, our coordinator did a very good job of answering our questions any time we called her . If available, we would definitely stay there again should we ever need an extended stay in Rochester.

Perfect home for a larger family or group! We really enjoyed our time at Mindy’s home. There was plenty of space for everyone and the pool and hot tub were bonuses! We were in town for a wedding and Mindy was very flexible with check-in and very responsive and kind. Beautiful location with a ballpark right across the street. Highly recommended, Thank you!

Our stay at Tim’s house was absolutely perfect with comfortable accommodations for our party of 8! He was incredibly flexible and we couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous weekend to enjoy the pool, hiking trail, and the gorgeous scenery! Very peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home - would DEF rent again!

This was our second time staying here. Just like the first time, our stay was great! We wanted for nothing as the beds are comfortable and the house is very well stocked. It is kept clean and tidy. We visit this area every summer and I would definitely choose to stay again next year!

A great place to stay! We loved the historic charm of the home and Tanya was an excellent host. It was perfect for our family with kids, especially the third bedroom upstairs that was set up with kids books and a reading area. Would definitely stay here again!

It was the best time my family and i have had in an incredibly long time enjoyed having just the two tvs and where they were located because people focus so much on screens these days and we were able to watch movies and just enjoy each other. They were incredible with communication and everything would definitely be coming back next year for my brother graduating again. The beds and everything were extremely comfortable couldn’t say enough great things about their home

This is a great spot located between Winona and La Crosse with so many things to do! The Airbnb is located right next to railroad tracks but the host does provide earplugs to help with the noise. The directions were very clear to get to the home. The home was very clean and aesthetic! The host provided many board games and the house had lots to do for a quiet night in. Definitely would come back!

Everything as expected. Nice quiet neighborhood. Lots of natural light in the home made for a pleasant stay.

This is the second time we have stayed at this house (refer to my previous review from May-June 2024). It is a great house in a nice quiet area. We really appreciate how every room has its own bathroom, which is nice when you have a larger group of guys like we do. We have nothing but good things to say about the house as well as the host, as Samantha is very nice, responsive, and easy to work with. She was also very flexible with us and took care of us as return customers. At the moment we do not plan to return to Winona next year, but if we ever do come out this way again, we will certainly be staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay! Loved the view of the river, even saw a river cruise boat and several barges. The grands loved the room with 5 beds and the huge shower! Will definitely stay here again!

Lorne’s place was absolutely spectacular. We stayed here for a motocross race about 35 mins away. This was such a peaceful property - with beautiful views including the farm animals! Lorne was a wonderful host and even gave my son a tour of the property and let him catch a goat to hold. Lorne’s restaraunt just down the road really tops off the whole experience. I highly recommend especially for other moto riders visiting for Spring Creek and be sure to grab a bite - breakfast, lunch or dinner, at the restaurant!

Lovely, quiet setting for 3 generations of family members to celebrate a family graduation from UW-La Crosse. Lots of space in the kitchen, dining area and living/family room. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with dishes, utensils, serving bowls, etc. Felt just like our home kitchen. Jean even checked with neighbors to see which direction would be best for road walking (such as no loose dogs). We returned home from graduation to find a beautiful glass vase filled with happy daffodils waiting on the step for us. Highly recommend this property and host!

Great space and views towards the river. River access not far away. We kayaked near there and Gina /Troy had several U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service maps available. So much to do and see nearby so rain and chilly weather wasn't a deterrent. We only encountered very friendly and helpful people. Great place to explore.

If I could give this 6 stars I would! This is the most well-stocked airbnb, and the perfect place for our girls getaway weekend. Would definitely stay here again!

We selected Kelly's home for a convenient place to meet family for a fishing outing. The area was perfect for meeting. We enjoyed the side deck. The interior was open and great for visiting. The kitchen was large and roomy with plenty of space for food prep. The home is just off the river with nice scenery. I would definitely look to use the home again. It is a couple minute drive to town but extremely peaceful place to relax and enjoy the area.

We had a great time staying here at Andrew’s place. It was so spacious and beautifully sat across the river. It was the perfect spot to host a family get together with access to the barbecue and outdoor fire place. They even provided all condiments needed in the kitchen with a well stocked kitchen and bathroom essentials. Andrew was very responsive and gave recommendations on near by entertainment.

Michael’s place was just what we needed and as described and shown. Perfect location for our weekend plans of MC rides through the area. Cute and cozy cabin with a beautiful view of the Mississippi River. There is no oven, but that was not a problem for us. Plenty of other appliances to cook with (including the stove top). Very welcoming and easy to get into the cabin. Michael was very responsive when we had a question. Would definitely stay again.
