Winnweiler verfügt über ein Freibad und viele Wandermöglichkeiten sowie gut ausgebaute Fahrradwege.
“Stefan’s apartment was all we could have asked for during our time in Germany. Arrival and check in was easy, and Stefan came to welcome us once he had returned home, as he lives across the balcony. We were also greeted with a small bottle of wine and some sweets. The apartment was exceptionally clean and there was more facilities than we could make use of. The water ran hot quickly, windows have mosquito screens and shutters, and the whole apartment was perfect. The area is also very pleasant, with a range of shops, cafés and restaurants situated on the road outside. Restaurant MAX made for a lovely final evening. Supermarkets and other sights are close by. There’s a train station and taxi company less than 5 minutes walk away. Stefan was a more than accommodating host and allowed our friend who was also in the region to park his vehicle on the driveway as we did not have a vehicle, and also allowed us to store our bags at his apartment after we checked out so we could go for a walk around the local area before collecting our bags and making way to the airport. We would definitely recommend Stefan and his apartment and will definitely be staying with him again when we visit our friends in the region. Thank you Stefan!”

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig am Deutschen Sandsteinpark. Parkmöglichkeit auf der verkehrsberuhigten Straße.
“This apartment is super nice. Very clean, very thoughtfully and practically equipped. Paul is a great host, he is helpful and is nicely taking care of his place. If you want to sit in nature a bit you just step out of the flat and find the stone park with a small river. The location is perfect. Shops and restaurants close by with good Italian ice cream. Many beautiful hikes in that area. We would definitely come back!”
Beautifully restored 300 year old schoolhouse with private suite. This attractive half-timbered (fachwerkhaus) is located in the center of Otterberg village. Originally, the cellar and terrace was part of the abbey dating back to the 1500’s. Until the 1970’s the building was an all girl’s school and home to teachers.
