Holiday rentals with a kayak in Winnebago County

Our family enjoyed a nice week here on Lake Poygan. The house was well suited for a bigger group and had all of the amenities you could need. There were toys for the kids which was really great. Plenty of items in the boathouse for outdoor activities, as well as plenty of fire wood to enjoy fires by the lake. The hosts communicated quickly and were very nice. Also, the neighbors on both sides of the house seemed friendly.

We two seniors with our grandchildren came to attend EAA AirVenture, my 11 years young granddaughter selected this place from pictures, and was she right? The place is beautifully located in a very quiet neighborhood of Clayton. Excellent landscape, single level house with 3 rooms, 2 baths and large living and well stocked kitchen. She had even kept milk in the fridge and lots of chilled water bottles. Rooms, furniture, fixers, beds, bathrooms all are world class. The place is just 30 minutes drive North of Oshkosh, so no maddening crowds or constant aircraft thunders. Very near to beautiful town of Neenah, with excellent restaurants, beautiful glass museum, kayaking. Highly recommended

The house was great for our family of 10 vacation! There was plenty of room and the house was clean. With the on water access we were able to fish and launch the kayaks right from the house. Plenty of outdoor seating and having the fire pit was great for cooking and s’mores. We did have rain a few days, so we also got to enjoy all the fun downstairs too. Would definitely recommend!

Super cool property and cute little home. Quiet and cozy for our fam of three including infant, as well as our dog. Loved visiting the Oshkosh farmer’s market and enjoying the sunrises and sunsets at the house. We hope to return sometime, thanks!

Hospitality is unparalleled. Stacy went above and beyond. Before we arrived, Stacy asked if she could stock the house with any snacks or drinks. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a gift card/voucher to a supper club (which is apparently a thing in OshKosh!). Stacy regularly checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed, and even permitted us use of her paddle boards and kayaks. Charming home right by a lake. The ultimate midwestern lake experience.

The house sits on a peaceful lot. There is a park next door and a fantastic backyard. This was wonderful for our pup. House has everything you need and is not clogged up with things you don’t! Location cannot be beat! Fantastic location.

Wife & I along with our adult children and their wives stayed in Noah's place this passed weekend for our annual trip to Lambeau Field to see the Packers kick some 49'er Butt... Noah's spot was a wonderful topper to a perfect weekend. This lake front home is quiet and peaceful It accommodated all ten of us wonderfully. It was a great retreat back to the house every night after our Green Bay excursions for family games and movies. If you are looking for a spot in WI I highly recommend staying here at Noah's place. Perfect amenities and Noah is truly a super host....

Nancy was a great host!!! She was responsive and always eager to help! I enjoyed my time there and while I was there for business the city had some perks to it that she pointed me in the direction for. Nancy aided in every direction which way possible. Any person that stays with her whether it’s business or pleasure, she’s sure to make you feel at comfort and home.

We stayed for three nights and enjoyed our selves very much! Pros about staying: Full Kitchen - I had everything I needed to cook and serve. Seasoning and sauces available too Coffee Bar - Had a cute coffee area with flavors, teas, coffee, big comfy cups and more Hot Tub - Clean, comfy, private.. loved it! Lake View - Beautiful Views, easy access to the lake. gorgeous sunrises and sunsets that you can look at through the large windows or the patio. Clean - Very Clean home! Bedrooms - Large bedrooms with closet space to put your clothing in. Ceiling fans in each room. Cot and a pack and play available. Comfy soft beds with plenty of pillows and blankets Dining - table for 8 and a kitchen island that seats 6 Entertainment - Plenty of board games Communication - he sent us "how to" videos on how to use the fire pit and hot tub - genius if you ask me! Appliances - Great, clean washer and dryer and Dish washer. Air Conditioner was easy to use and access. Shower - water pressure was great!

We loved our stay at the Lion on Sunset Lake! Marcia is a great host-very kind, helpful and quick to respond. The house was clean, very well appointed and stocked with everything you can think of. Beds are very comfortable. Lots of fun, extra amenities to enjoy both inside and out. The screen porch was our favorite spot! We enjoyed the game room as well. We'd have no hesitation to book this place again!!

We had a wonderful time, expectations matched reality. This is our fourth visit and each visit has been as perfect as the previous trip. We have always had our greatest vacation ever, each and every time. Peaceful, quiet atmosphere but with enough to keep your interest if you chose to visit nearby communities. Pleasure to visit.

We loved the cottage. Started our Vacay out at a waterpark in the Dells. So this was a nice treat to come to the cottage and just relax. Alicia was very helpful with information and always got back to me quickly with any questions I had. The lake is Just big enough and crystal clear. The cottage had everything we needed to enjoy the lake from kayaks to paddle boards to a paddle boat. The cottage was cute and quaint, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Next time we come, we will bring our pups.

House was adorable! Really appreciated the paddle boards and kayak. It was great to have the lower level for the teenagers. Beautiful lake! Friendly neighbors! Highly recommend Good Times in Red Granite for Friday fish fry!

Blue Pearl was bliss. The moment we arrived we were able to relax, get our suits on, and paddle away. The lake is peaceful and the amenities support the use of it and the overall property. The hot tub was a treat in the evenings and on the rainy day. Becky was friendly and responsive. We will be back!!

Was a short stay and really wasn’t at the cabin for any amount of time did what we needed it to do would stay again

An amazing place to spend a bachelorette weekend! Loved how close it was to the boat landing and short drive the restaurants. I also appreciated the quick responses by Bryan when I had questions.

My now wife and I were looking for the perfect spot for a small intimate fairy tale wedding that had both lake and woods scenery, where we could tie the knot and have a honeymoon following. we immediately in love with this cabin, and never stopped falling more in love with it each day we were there. Shannon is the most AMAZING and kind host. The cabin has so many layers of thoughtful details poured into its timeless surroundings. We cannot WAIT to come back in the years to come for our anniversaries. THANK YOU SHANNON! 🥰

Great cabin for a getaway from the city. Anthony was very kind and helpful, especially with plowing the driveway after a large snowfall.

Beautiful cabin - peaceful and private. Our dog lived his best life running around the yard and my 7 year old loved the swing set and our kayak rides. The cabin was spotless when we arrived and everything was comfortable and well-stocked.

We had a last-minute change in our travel plans and still wanted to make the most of our vacation. Luckily, my husband found the Blackberry Lodge—and what an amazing find it was! We’re so happy we chose to stay here. From the start, Andrew (the owner and Super Host) was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and understanding about our situation. He made everything so easy, even on short notice. The lodge itself had everything we needed to feel completely at home—cozy, well-equipped, and full of charm. We truly enjoyed every moment and are already looking forward to coming back to create even more wonderful memories. Highly recommend this place and host. Thank you, Andrew!

This place was absolutely beautiful and peaceful, the perfect getaway. It was incredibly clean and just so pretty inside and out. We loved how quiet and relaxing it was, and having firewood provided was such a nice touch. You can tell a lot of care went into making the space feel cozy and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!

This Airbnb was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need and more. It felt like a true home away from home. Peaceful mornings were spent on the deck overlooking the lake; daytime activities from kayaking, fishing & fun-filled game room; and relaxing nights were spent around the cozy campfire. One of the best parts? It was dog-friendly! Our pup was warmly welcomed, and the property had plenty of space for her to enjoy safely. It’s not always easy to find such a high-quality place that accommodates pets so well. Communication with Ginny was prompt and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this place was a perfect gem—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and filled with thoughtful touches. We would absolutely stay here again; and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing & fun getaway for humans & pups!

This is our 4th time visiting this cabin and it never disappoints! The last time my now husband and I were here was a few years ago when we got engaged at the park down the road. We love sitting by the fire, fishing by the pier and cooking yummy meals. We always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

This cabin was perfect for a cozy little weekend getaway with my husband and my dog. The cabin is very well stocked with all necessities you may need. We appreciated having things like seasonings & aluminum foil for cooking, and Tupperware for leftovers. This is one of the most dog friendly rentals we’ve been to. They had a pop up dog crate, a dog bed, dog toys, and water/food bowls. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the lake and playing some yard games. In regards to the location it is on a dead end street so traffic was minimal other than the neighbors driving by. It was a very quick drive into town to buy groceries. When we arrived we couldn’t find the Roku and Emily was quick to respond to our messages. A prior guest must have stolen it, but she sent someone out the next day to set up a new device which was greatly appreciated as we were stuck inside the next night due to rain. We got our security deposit hold reversed within 2 days. We would definitely recommend this cabin.
