As a mom who rarely gets a moment to recharge, this weekend away with my three best friends was exactly what I needed—and this beach condo exceeded every expectation. From the start, the spacious layout gave us all room to relax and breathe. Whether we were cooking together, lounging in the living area, or getting ready for a night out, we never felt crowded. It was the perfect setup for a girls' trip! The comfort of the home was next-level, with cozy beds, plenty of seating, and all the essentials ready and waiting. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms were clean with extra linens and toiletries, and everything was so well organized that we didn’t have to think twice about a thing. One of our absolute favorite parts? The view from the balcony. Every morning and evening, we found ourselves drawn out there with coffee or wine in hand, just soaking in the beautiful scenery and ocean breeze. Rueben's condo was absolutely beautiful. When we walked in we immediately felt at home and it was such a comfortable and cozy place. The condo building and property were very well taken care of and it was very peaceful and quiet. So much so, we felt as if we were in a single family home, not a condo building. Rueben responded in a very reasonable amount of time. He was very helpful with providing any information we needed. His instructions were perfect. The Beach Blue Getaway was everything we were looking for! Enough space for our large family, ocean views, and within a short drive to great restaurants and things to do! We felt right at home in Katheryn’s place. She really thought ahead about the essentials and instructions we would need. We would love to come back!

This was a pleasant experience. We had a trailer and were not aware that there needed to be a 2 week notice prior to our visit. I think this was just a lack of communication however that may be something important to mention when asked about motorcycle friendliness. The home was amazing and very clean. The communication was exceptional & the owner was very resourceful in helping us to find trailer parking. Thank you again!

We absolutely loved our stay! Jeff and Kelly were very accommodating and friendly. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. I would 100% recommend this rental! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Raymond was a great host. The air conditioning stopped working. Raymond was very quick to respond. Someone came within a few hours and resolved the issue. Raymond checked in with us to confirm the issue was resolved. Would stay at this location again. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The only complaint I would have would be that there was very minimal cookware.

Me and three others enjoyed our stay here! The condo is exactly as the photos show, it is very clean and roomy for four adults! There is an ocean view balcony and a street view balcony for fresh air. It is close by (walking distance) to surrounding restaurants/bars and the beach. We enjoyed the pool during our stay as well! Susan communicates well and is very responsive! We will be booking again when staying in town in the future!

Derrick was a responsive, tentative host. The space was exactly as described and a great deal for an oceanfront property. It is obvious that Derrick went above and beyond with the finishing touches of the space (lighting,decor, etc). We felt right at home during our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Brian's condo. Just steps away from the beach, gorgeous views and right by a pool. Easy access to elevator via a few steps, carts for heavy luggage. The balcony was inviting and the views stretched for miles. Full kitchen for families who want to cook, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Brian was a gracious host, communication was friendly and super responsive.

We stayed here as our first family vacation since we’ve been married and it really set the bar high for future expectations! Very responsive host. 9 of us with 2 kids stayed and I loved having our own space and not being on top of one another. The views can’t be beat for the area and the restaurant next door was fabulous and a go to for us. Would definitely book here again!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a full month and absolutely loved it. The space had everything we needed for our long stay, and the location was incredible — safe, quiet, walkable, and full of amenities. With pickleball/tennis courts, the beach, pools, and the gym, we always had something to do. The hosts provided a TON of recommendations, which were greatly appreciated, plus beach chairs, a beach umbrella & two beach towels. We will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful stay at Bobby's place in Oceanside Village. I was in town for a graduation, and I wish I could have spent the entire weekend just bopping back and forth between the airbnb and the beach! The place was very comfortable and more spacious than I expected. It was so quiet I was able to sleep late in the morning. Getting to the beach in my rental golf cart took a matter of minutes, so even though I had to go to a bunch of events, I snuck in a swim everyday! On the last night I got hungry late in the afternoon and realized I could walk to the Conch Cafe nearby and sit outside with my dog, a sandwich and a beer. It was such a wonderful long weekend. Too many highlights to mention, but Bobby's helpfulness, the dog park and the friendliness of everyone I met in OSV are much appreciated! This is a great place to stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect, right by the inlet where our family loves to hang out by the ocean. Having the tiki hut and pool just steps away was a huge bonus! One of our favorite parts was the convenience of the golf cart shuttle that comes around every 15 minutes. It even has space to carry all your beach gear, chairs, bags, umbrellas, you name it! The host was very present during our stay and quick to answer any questions we had. They are super nice, and you really can’t go wrong with having such great hosts. We hope you enjoy your stay just as much as we did!

Came down for a golf trip with 10 of us staying at the house and it was perfect. Pool was a nice touch and it was like a 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute drive down to marshwalk for dinner. Great location and Terra was a great responsive host.
