Amazing spot near the Olympic waves. Teiva provided everything that you could need and gave amazing restaurant recommendations. Definitely get a rental car so you get around easily! Great excursions nearby and amazing views from the patio!

We had a great stay, the apartment is very spacious and we really enjoyed the balcony. The road to the place is quite bumpy and the parking place tested my skills a little but both were described accurately and we were well prepared. There is a sweet restaurant on the beach side and a gas station walking distance away and a supermarket and amazing bakery a short drive away. The instructions to enter were clear and available prior to arrival. We were provided with tips and suggestions for activities and the apartment has a few extra business cards of local tours/restaurants/taxis We advise having a car to get around well for future guests We really had good time, merci for all Bernadette & Vanessa

I highly recommend this listing which offers quality services. Extreme comfort, the host took care not to forget anything. We love it. There were even masks and snorkels for snorkeling! Spacious and tastefully decorate, you will inevitably fall in love with this beautiful apartment. Very well located in Papeete, it allows you to move anywhere without being transported. Right in front of the Paofai garden, we enjoyed having children's games right in front for our pepette. 😉

Beautiful spot to kickstart our French Polynesia holiday. Well appointed, great quiet pool and paddle board was a bonus! Highly recommend.

The view is truly amazing but so is the entire apartment! We loved the quiet mornings watching the sunrise and listening to the roosters. The apartment was very clean and well kept. The WiFi and AC worked great and were incredible after long days exploring the island. We also loved the peace of mind of the gated community and an assigned parking space. Also, Sergio was wonderful and made sure that we got to the right place.

A delightful apartment with beautiful views. It was spotlessly clean. Beds are comfy. Kitchen is good. Really appreciated the washing machine. It’s a lot more spacious than the photos would suggest. The pool is nice, though it is a fair walk to the other end of the complex. Sabine was really helpful in her communications and really friendly when we met her at checkout; she even gave our boys some Polynesian gifts! It’s only a short drive to Carrefour (big supermarket) and the airport. You will need a car though, and there’s only one main road, so allow extra time as traffic can be bad. You only get 15KWh electricity per day, which means you can’t use the air con much. That was fine for us as it was fairly cool during our stay. We would have appreciated mosquito nets on the windows to keep the bugs out at night. The internet was about 5Mb/s, slower than advertised. A very nice apartment that I can recommend to future guests.

As with many properties on the island, the road/road noise in front is the price to pay for the beautiful views beyond the road. Nice property, gated and with lovely pool. Apartment was great - comfortable bed, large kitchen, big TV, laundry, etc. The very large balcony extends the entire apartment for constant views and nice outdoor seating and eating. Beautiful sunsets over Moorea. Representative Katty was very responsive: met us outside the airport and we followed her by car to the property (she offered to stop along the way at the store if we needed anything). She showed us how to enter, where to park, how to operate everything inside apartment, and answered several questions during our visit. Very helpful.

We spent 2 weeks very pleasant in a very clean and well-equipped accommodation. The place is really quiet, close to schools, shops, park, as well as the city. Convenient for my situation where I had to drop off my son. The residence is very secure, and the pool is very pleasant. Taumai was very friendly and responsive when we had to respond. I would recommend this place, and have a more than positive experience in this listing.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! If I could give more stars, I would do so gladly. Three of us stayed here for six nights and we loved every minute. We were especially thrilled by the breathtaking view of Papeete’s harbor and distant Mo’orea. We spent countless hours on the terrace watching dramatic sunrises and sunsets. The apartment is beautifully appointed and is equipped with modern appliances. Diane was a gracious host. She was always available to answer questions and give us recommendations. She made us feel right at home. I cannot thank her enough for her personal attention. If you decide to stay here (and you should!), I recommend you rent a car or have the phone numbers of a couple of taxi drivers. The apartment is near the top of a steep hill. We walked it several times for exercise and were pretty winded by the time we reached home. I hope to return to Tahiti in 2026 or 2027 with my wife. We will certainly stay here. If you stay here, you will leave with a lifetime memory!

My husband and I had business in the marina and this apartment was perfect for that reason! Extremely clean and comfortable, and walking distance to and from the marina. We were also able to rent a car across the street from the building. That was very convenient! Communication was excellent, sunset was gorgeous every night, and for our purpose in Tahiti, Sweet Sunset was the perfect place for us.

This space in Papeete is the same as the photos , it is very comfortable , perfect for two or 3 people , well-equipped kitchen and with some important elements such as oil, salt and some spices. Neighborhood is quiet and the building is new . There are supermarkets nearby , I recommend easy market, a 10-minute walk but it's all about . They allow you to enter 4 hours before ( early check-in) for 45 EUR . The only drawback we had was that there was no quick communication before our early check in and we were left with suitcases outside for a long time . There is also no place to leave your suitcases if you are late or you arrive very early. In our case we arrive from a cruise at 9 am . Overall I recommend this place .

Air conditioning worked well, place is well insulated, so quiet at all times. The laundry facilities were great. The apartment was spotless when we got there. There are a couple of food markets close by. There is a very helpful binder left on the kitchen table. The sofa bed is comfortable. Mariana was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful environment, close to the city center and far enough outside to feel calm and out of the city. Access to the beach and pool is very appreciable, the studio is very comfortable, clean and we had an excellent welcome. Thank you!

Mareva and her husband were great. She stayed on top of our travel plans making sure we made it. We got there super late. Got our car and had trouble finding the house. Michael (her husband) came right away and found us and led us to the house. It’s upstairs so you’ll need to carry your luggage up. It wasn’t a big deal. They helped us. Even though it was so late (2am) Mareva and Michael got the ferry schedule and helped us figure out when we needed to leave to go to Moorea. Then they got up early and led us there and helped to get our tickets and they were able to get us a discount. We stayed one night and it was just a few hours. Everything was like in the description.

Jean-Pierre was an amazing host. He walked us through the check in process and even had some food in the fridge for us to start out. This was AMAZING because we had a long flight and just wanted to go to bed. We had enough to start us out for breakfast in the morning before heading to the store the following day. My husband and I appreciate everything this space and Jean-Pierre had to offer.

I was incredibly satisfied with my stay. They were incredibly amazing hosts and picked me up and took me to the airport charging me the cost of a taxi ride but creating more convenience because they knew exactly how to get to my house. Upon arrival they supplied me with water and juice and I wasn't expecting these. They also showed me how to easily connect to the wifi right away. My only goal during my time at their spot was to enjoy enjoy enjoy the tub and oh my goodness was it AMAZINGGGGGG!!!! So grateful I chose this sport to relax in before another long flight home! Thank you thank you thank your for your space and their accommodations. The bed was also super comfy!!!

The place is beautiful, very quiet, in the greenery and overlooking the sea. The accommodation is comfortable and well-equipped. Magalie is adorable and always ready to be of service. A little far from the city and the sea so a vehicle is a must. We highly recommend it.

definitely the highlight of my Moorea trip, this place was truly a gem. the location is exquisite, offering beautiful surroundings, a top tier lagoon, and peace away from the tourist traps. it was truly surreal to kayak into the lagoon every day with amazing snorkeling and seeing spinner dolphins in the morning. having such convenience cannot be matched. the outside beach area is also a complete vibe, with a mix of Buddha and LED inspired decorations, it was the perfect way to unwind. despite there being other guests on the property, I never felt intruded on and always maintained a private quiet experience. this is the definition of a 5 star stay and I will definitely return in the future!

The apartment itself was spotless and tastefully decorated. The amenities left nothing to be desired – from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds. I particularly enjoyed the terrace, where I could sip my morning coffee while taking in the city view. The location is perfect! Within just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the Harbour , from where you can quickly access all the major sights. Additionally, there are plenty of cafés and shops nearby that made my stay even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation
