The residence has a magnificent 20meters long swimming pool. The residence also has a beautiful fully equipped air-conditioned fitness room with latest generation of training equipment. At 3mn walk from the residence, the park VAIPOOPOO offers a recreation area for children, typical food places called "Roulottes". PAPEETE, the capital is accessible by car in 10 minutes by the RDO. A 24/24 supermarket open 7/7 is also available within 10 minutes walk. Marina Taina with its restaurants and diving clubs is 10 minutes walk. logement élégant et calme. Un autre appartement à côté Pacifique place est également loué les deux logements sont bien séparés. Soit 2 logements en tout dans la propriété. Il n'y a plus d'accès à la piscine pour le studio afin de préserver l'intimité de chacun.
