Cabin holiday rentals in Windsor County

The clubhaus was absolutely incredible for our little family getaway. It was clean, well stocked, and conveniently located close to everything we wanted to do! Vermont has always been a special place to us, but this house made our getaway that much better! We will definitely be back.

My girlfriend and I escaped to Courtney’s cabin for a week after I graduated law school and before starting bar prep. I really needed a place to just completely relax, and this spot was perfect. The cabin was exactly as described and was incredibly clean. The hot tub was wonderful and I looked forward to using it every day! If you’re a bird watcher, this place is perfect for it—I would sit on the deck with my binoculars and see tons of warblers, woodpeckers, thrushes, and other birds. I think there actually may have been a pileated woodpecker nest nearby because of how frequently I saw them. Everything you need is close without being too close (grocery store, gas station, restaurants, etc). Overall a wonderful experience and I will definitely be returning!

The cabin was beautiful and perfect for a getaway from the city! We loved watching the sunset from the hot tub and cooking in the beautiful kitchen.

I was looking for a stay at a quintessential Vermont cabin with modern amenities and this fit the bill perfectly! It was cute, tastefully decorated, private, and had great amenities. Definitely pay attention to their directions regarding saving information and instructions before leaving cell service because cell service disappears. The cabin was private and located in a serene area, but only 20 minutes from Manchester and an easy drive from Bennington or White River Junction (we did both). HIGHLY recommend both location and hosts! Host was even kind enough to invite us to a local concert.

The perfect place for our family’s ski trip. The cabin is exactly what you picture for a winter VT trip. Charming log cabin with a wood burning stove, but with all the modern comforts. We were only 5 minutes from Okemo and the hot tub was amazing after long ski days. Locked ski locker on the porch was convenient. Great kitchen so we could cook breakfast and hit the slopes early. The host gave clear instructions and lots of helpful recommendations - very friendly and quick to respond. Fire wood and log starters made the cabin cozy at night. Despite all the snow, the driveway was well plowed. It’s a quiet dead end road without traffic. We will definitely be back!

Such a quaint beautiful home! We absolutely loved the decor, the layout, hot tub, there was little special touches everywhere. It was easy to find and close enough to everything. Highly recommend to other guests and would love to come back and stay longer next time!

We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to book future trips here! The house is gorgeous and so comfortable and the location/views are pretty breathtaking (especially from the porch swing and hot tub). The proximity to Woodstock is really nice and all of the drives 20-30 minutes in any direction are really pretty and peaceful. Collin and Donna were great, responsive, and helpful hosts and have done such a nice a nice job turning the house into a full experience for guests. One of the best surprises of our stay was that they have a full nursery set up, which was huge for us since we have an almost 2 year old. We’re already thinking about when our next stay will be!

Had a wonderful time at the cabin can’t wait to book again. The space heaters came in handy as it got cold at night. Plenty of water there for us to use, and extra camp wood for a fire. It was a beautiful, peaceful, quiet place to rest and be in nature in so glad we could have this experience.

A very clean, cozy, and comfortable home! We came to ski at Okemo and were pleased that the house is only about a 10 minute drive from the resort and the town of Ludlow where there are great restaurants and shops. The living area of the home is spacious and great for hanging out - there were tons of movies on DVD and video games to enjoy. The kitchen was well-equipped and perfect for cooking meals at home. The beds were comfy. Overall a wonderful stay! We hope to be back in the future.

Aaron’s modern cabin in Ludlow was wonderful. Close to ludlow but nice and set back in the woods near town. Quiet and peaceful. The house is a newer build so it has all the creature comforts of home! My family had a great time and our 9 year old loved the loft space. Great to have a washer dryer and dishwasher in the Airbnb. Aaron was a responsive and helpful host with easy to follow rules. We enjoyed our time at the cabin and highly recommend. We will be back!

Such a cute, unique cabin! It has inspired me to maybe build one back at home! We especially loved the tiny fireplace, seeing the stars from the loft, and the frog music. Only note for future guests is to make sure to read the full description as she notes that the Internet is spotty and didn't work the entire stay for us.

The stay was fantastic. The cabin is located in a perfect area surrounded by the woods, beautiful trails, a sauna and just so much greenery we couldn't believe it. The cabin itself was incredibly well put together, had everything you'd need and then some. Jess was very accommodating and answered every question we had. 100% recommend!

I was so happy staying at Brooke's cabin. There was so much to be happy with, I'll do my best to list them all! 1. Brooke was well responsive - I ran into 2 small problems and she was proactive and fixed them fast. 2. The whole place is super dog friendly! I am often worried where my dog is and isn't allowed in Airbnbs, not here! Brooke even left out dog toys, bowls,and beds as well! 3. All linens were cleaned, even the throw blankets! 4. the trail in the backyard is a nice touch! unfortunately I didn't have many non rainy days so only got to explore some of it, but it is a different world back there! 5. The kitchen is incredible: 3 different ways to make coffee along with a frother and a grinder! the pots and pans are chef's choice! and the knives aren't dull! I was well equipped to cook and theres plenty of space to do so. 6. the bathtub is a godsend! 7. incredible library! I cannot recommend this place enough!

Had a great stay with friends at Laura’s place. Laura was friendly flexible and reached out to make sure we didn’t have any issues checking in. Very nice place with a nice Vermont feel. 10-15 minutes from skyeship base. Had a great weekend. Would stay again.

We stayed a couple nights with our two pups! The private and open backyard was so peaceful and great to let the dogs run around. The screened in porch was my favorite place to sip coffee in the morning. Our stay was great, highly recommend

Angela's RZEKA COTTAGE is a true find! This was our second time visiting in the area, staying at Rzeka Cottage. It is a well-appointed, SUPER clean home on the White River. My husband spent his morning-coffee time, watching the sunrise over the mountain at the river's edge. Quite dramatic and a great way to start the day! The hot tub was new to us and a wonderful amenity! It was very easy to use and we did so on our last night at RZEKA. Angela is a very responsive and pro-active host. She gave us the information we needed and got back in touch promptly with any extra questions we had. It will not be our last time staying at Rzeka Cottage when we are in the area again!

We were in town for the Vermont Law and Graduate School graduation weekend. This was a beautiful private alternative to further-away hotels for about the same price and we could bring the dog. Very private, pretty, and peaceful. The cabin had all the supplies we needed and more. Great hosts and a great stay, we will be back!

This was such a lovely Airbnb. We last minute had to cancel our reservation at another location because of impassible conditions. I booked this place and luckily Melissa responded in minutes and provided us with check in info. It is located right by the mountain. The house is updated with sleek mid century modern decor, very clean and cozy. House is very well stocked, kitchen had everything we needed, including coffee, tea and sugar, great cozy throw blankets, comfortable beds. We really lucked out!

The house was really cool plus the location made it super private. And awesome spot for a snowboarding trip about 30 mins away from killington.

We had a wonderful stay; this was the perfect launching spot to get to several different ski areas. The kitchen is well equipped so we were easily able to cook meals. We also loved the wood stove, the cosy seating, and the comfortable beds. We would definitely come back!

Ideal spot within a short walk of the Appalachian Trail, Thundering Brook falls, Kent pond. Can MTB straight to base camp and sherburne trails. Have been looking forward to staying here for a long time. Huge space, very open yet cozy. Porch overlooking the river and marsh is expansive and covered. Breeze means no bugs. Loved our time here.
