There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

In our cozy Tiny House you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is located in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 min walk you reach our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and biking trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 min since you by car in the Franconian Lake District. Within walking distance you can also find restaurants and supermarkets in the town centre.

Welcome to our vacation home, which we also use ourselves. Our aim in the complete renovation last year was to combine form, function and sustainability. We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. I rent out a 60 m² apartment with 3 rooms for 4 people. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a solid wood house built in 2016 at the end of a cul-de-sac (no through traffic). Kitchen amenities include dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and Senseo as well as coffee pods, tea and spices. In the bathroom (with shower & toilet) you will find fresh bath and hand towels as well as a hairdryer. Chairs and a table are available for the outdoor area.

Beautiful apartment in a very quiet location, yet close to the old town. The lakes can also be reached quickly. The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished, tip top clean, there was everything you needed, even a washing machine. Hospitality and warmth are paramount to Konrad. It was a very pleasant and nice, relaxing stay for us.

We felt very comfortable in this apartment from the beginning. It is very tastefully decorated and very clean. Both in the evening and for breakfast, we could enjoy the peace on the lovingly designed terrace. The landlords are very nice and have always responded immediately to inquiries. The historic old town is within walking distance.

Super great new apartment, absolutely clean, it really lacks nothing, equipped to the detail. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. There are many games available in the living room. Vanessa is a super nice hostess, she is very keen that you feel comfortable. She is always available if you want to ask something. There is a great folder with restaurants and activities in the area. The lakes are within easy reach. The place itself is totally beautiful, a beautiful playground within walking distance. Conclusion, we will be back!
