Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and matched the listing perfectly. The neighborhood was great, with lots to explore nearby. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

This house was adorable! Perfect for a quick stay the night before getting on our cruise. Loved waking up and enjoying coffee in the back courtyard in the sunshine! Would definitely book this spot again.

House is located in such a quiet part of town and only a short commute to the beach/harbor/anything fun we wanted to do. The spa and pool were a perfect plus to our stay. I will definitely be coming back

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

This house is in very nice condition, clean, spacious, and had all utensils needed. It was nicely decorated as well. Loved how everything was labeled. It is also close to grocery stores, fast food restaurants, clothing stores, all in all a great Airbnb. Thanks for the stay!

The place was nice and clean. Nice to have 2 bedrooms, washer/dryer, kitchen with everything you need to cook.has coffee maker and coffee and sugar but no filter or creamer. Air conditioner in the living room only, no air in the bedroom so it got a little warm but once the air from living room spread out and it was still cool at night, the fan in the bedrooms were enough but I think once the heat of summer comes, it will be too hot in the rooms. House has gate and parking but a little tight for 2 cars and its hard to get out of driveway. Maybe if guest can park straight ahead vs to the left of the garage, it will be much easier. But all and all its still a good airbnb.

The place was really nice! The decorations were great and gave it a welcoming vibe. I’m not from California, so it felt a little overwhelming at first with so many cars in front of the house and people hanging out outside, it made me feel unsure about the area. But once I got inside, I felt safe and comfortable. The house itself is beautiful, just could use a bit more attention to cleaning. Overall, a good experience!

Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful place . It was very clean , warm and well equipped. The place is very quiet and centric . The only thing was not be able to have access to a washer and dryer. After all an excellent experience.

We booked this airbnb last minute after having to leave our original reservation. Host was super friendly and did everything possible to help us out by being able to drop off our luggage before check in. The place was super cozy and very relaxing. Would totally rebook for future travels.

We had a great stay at Teresa’s home for our wedding weekend. I booked the house for my family, and it was clean, spacious, and just as pictured. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and communication was easy throughout. We briefly met the hosts on our last day, and they were super nice. We truly enjoyed our time there. Jose is an amazing host. Very helpful. The house is clean and has a lot of space. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. The neighborhood is not the best, but as soon you entered the property is a different world. We chose it because of proximity to SOFI stadium, but definitely we will use it again when in the LA area. Thank you for everything!

She had such an amazing home, she had so many extra things and made the home so worth it, there was extra towels, blankets, toothbrushes, toothpaste and all just so helpful and well thought out and the home was beautiful and felt like home we had an amazing stay!
