She is over 100 years old so the doors stick from time to time and the wooden floors may creak. The house is professionally deep cleaned after every guest. House is not suitable for small children under 5 years of age

Beautifully appointed Studio type accommodation with over length queen size electric bed, unfortunately the massage function is currently not working due to abuse but we are working to get it rectified. However the pillow section can be raised to any desired height . All normal B&B facilities inc TV, Fridge, Air con, close to town centre and 30 mins from Adelaide CBD. A beautiful space. Super clean and cozy all around. The beds were comfy, and the bedding was soft and warm. The couches were large and a great area for relaxing, especially with the fireplace going. It felt really private and peaceful, which made the stay even better. The heated floors in the bathroom were such a nice touch. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into the space.

Olga’s small houseboat was very nicely furnished. Complete kitchen for food prep, large dining area and comfortable lounge with large tv with a very crisp picture. The bathroom and bedroom were suitable. It reminded me of marina life from back in our days as live a board boaters. A short drive to town. Neighborhood was quiet. Olga was proactive and quick to respond.

What can I say but an amazing hills escape - everything was so thoughtful and Cheryl’s communication and extra efforts for my husbands birthday were amazing and made us feel like special guests. We adored the Snug, sauna and vibes of the Emily Jane so perfect for a winters escape. We can’t thank Cheryl and Kieran enough for the magical space they have created and will def be back again to enjoy this property :) Cheers Jamie
