No full kitchen or downstairs sink available, only toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker (Keurig) with seating for 4 in section of great room. TV, fast Wifi for all your devices. Private guest suite in heart of Palmyra! 4 Churches corner in background! Centrally located for sites of The Church of Jesus Christ of Lds and near Erie Canal Trail! Has its own bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room, and small washer/dryer. No full kitchen but a few small appliances. No bathtub but small shower. Front part of 1st floor of house separated from host side by door, potential for noise. Within 30-45 min to Finger Lakes, Rochester, Shopping, Skiing, Lake Ontario beaches, nature.

This was a wonderful place to stay while in town visiting family. It's very comfortable and spacious. It is an older (historic) home so you can hear through the walls and there are some various noises but I didn't find it disruptive and we slept great. The location is in a beautiful well kept neighborhood. The original features like the fireplaces and trim were beautiful. There's a brand new kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, large sink, fridge, toaster and everything we needed.

Great hosts! The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. I appreciated the extras, coffee maker, microwave and fridge in the suite. Location was perfect for a family event in Webster. Easy to find. Jim was easy to contact and replied promptly. Checked to as if I needed anything. I enjoyed breakfast with the hosts. I would stay here again!

Winnie’s place was fantastic. Anyone going for Palmyra to see LDS Church History sites this is a great spot and close by everything! Winnie definitely poured her heart into design and building it out. Our kids loved the crafts provided, games, themed rooms. Stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and extra thoughtful things. Highly recommend anyone to stay here!
