Just 20 minutes from Austin, Round Rock and Georgetown, the location is perfect for shopping, music, sports venues, water parks and more, yet guests get the feeling of being in the country with free range chickens, farm fresh eggs, wild birds and two livestock guardian dogs, Maggie and Bruce.

It's spacious, cozy, comfortable (CA king bed), AFFORDABLE, centrally located, and very private. While this dwelling is attached to my home you will most likely never see me. You have a completely separate entrance with a private patio and yard to yourself.
