The house was divided into two private spaces providing guests a with two private bedrooms, a bathroom, a remodeled kitchen, and a spacious living room. This place also offers a private spacious backyard for relaxation and for guests to enjoy.

This includes the huge lot space for outside activities.

Enjoy the private entrance and separate side yard area, ideal for pets and relaxing in this calm and quiet space. Please note there is no separate bedroom, ideal for the 1-2 people-3 max.

Come stay for a relaxing peaceful time in the woods overlooking the San Gabriel River. It is a safe wonderful get-a-way for fresh air, shaded walks , picnic or floating at the river. River floating is dependant on rainfall. We have Volleyball, Cornhole, Horseshoes, Tetherball, Firepit, and a Pool for you and your family and friends to enjoy. Just let us know , and we will provide the equipment . Sorry but we will not be able to host parties.
