We had a lovely stay. Plenty of room for 5 of us with bedroom and bath for each. Large equipped kitchen so we cooked a full dinner and used gas grill! Pool was lovely and warm. Quiet neighborhood but close to town. Perfect location. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

We had a great time ,very beautiful home ,garden and heated pool . Lots of room for big families to vacation together .we really enjoyed the back porch. Very close to Sedona and Jerome.Lots of hiking trails near by .I will recommend this home to my family and friends.

Loved this place! My family of 5 (3 kids, all 20+) came to Sedona as we love to hike. While it was about a 20-25 min drive to get where we wanted to go, we enjoyed the quiet location this home had to offer. The outdoor area was amazing. We found ourselves sitting around the fire pit watching the sunrise, the pool and hot tub after our hikes, and the large outdoor table for eating and games. Inside was just as nice with plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we prepared. I also appreciated the mount of starter supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, etc) that were left for us to use. We didn’t need to purchase anything for our 5 night stay. There were also plenty of bath and pool towels. If we are ever in the Sedona area again, we would definitely choose this home again.

We had an excellent stay at this house it was 30 mins away from Sedona so far enough to not deal with the holiday crowd and close enough to enjoy Sedona ,after a good day of hiking Sedona the house was very nice to come to and relax like we were home plus the backyard pool and full ambiance really kept us cool from the heat and relaxed …..thank you Shannon for being such an excellent host

Hated to leave, that’s how fantastic this haven is!!!! Communication was easy and very accessible. I really appreciated the personal tour by Ryan, he pointed out all the features of this beautiful home. I had reserved this getaway 8 months in advance to make sure it was available for my large family. I highly recommend this oasis!!!

Great place, enjoyed the pool, the location was perfect! The place was spotless, just as shown in the pictures, the host was very responsive, would definitely recommend this place and would book again with no hesitation!

Only a few hours north of Phoenix is this hidden gem. Very secluded quiet property. Lucious and green with the creek in the background. The home is huge and has everything you need to accommodate a large party. We loved the antique decor and really gives home a lovely old fashioned feel. We came for a girls getaway, but we definitely will be back with our families!

Michele communicated great! The stay was absolutely beautiful and a very convenient location for me! We were getting married and the venue was only 5 minutes away! The house was not only clean but also very cute and cozy!

Kat was a fabulous communicator. Even though she was out of town during our stay she made sure that we were taken care of by having a second point of contact. The place was basically a studio apartment. The king bed was nicely appointed and very comfy. We did not use the pull out couch. The kitchen was nice & clean with lots of options for cooking up good food. The table was a little small but we could eat at the counter so we were good. Thanks for a great stay!

Couldn’t say enough about the gorgeous setting we were in, at Zac and Ashley’s house. Our 2 year old loved the bouncy horse, books, and blocks. The water table on the deck was a nice child friendly activity too :) We had a wonderful vacation here. Will come back whenever we’re in Prescott next.

We loved staying in Melody's cozy place. It was spotless with a stocked coffee bar that was super nice. Easy to find, in a nice neighborhood, and close to coffee shops and Whiskey Row. Would recommend this place.

I was recently in town for a work trip. We can’t say enough good things about this property. Jane was a fantastic host - she was accommodating, professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a peaceful get away in northern Arizona

Everything was lovely as my 5 star ratings on different aspects reflect. One thing to keep in mind is there is construction going on a the lot next to the outdoor deck. That being said, the house is well insulated and it wasn’t an issue. There’s still a pretty woodsy view and the front porch was also a serene place to relax outside. Off the beaten path yet a short walk to Whiskey Row and also great places to walk up in the adjacent neighborhoods including Hassayampa historic district and the Historic West Prescott neighborhood.

Millie’s place was perfect for our overnight stay. We were in the area for a hike and wanted a convenient place to lay our heads for the night. Perfectly located just a few minutes from Camp Verde’s downtown area, we were able to walk to get coffee & breakfast at an adorable coffee shop (Thanks A Latte) and a fantastic dinner at Astoria International Bistro. We passed a few historical buildings with plaques along the way, which was cool to see. The space itself was cute and eclectic with a beautiful view. We would definitely stay at Millie’s again. She was so kind, responsive, and even stopped to chat with us and say a prayer for our trip home when she saw us outside.

We had a wonderful stay at the KIBLER place. Quiet neighborhood. The home lacked nothing for our stay. Close to the mountain bike trails we were in town for. Chris was friendly , communicated well and was a great host. Thank You for a great weekend.

Super clean. It's a perfect one bedroom cabin. It's nice and close to downtown.

John was a great host. The place as absolutely cozy, clean and very comfortable. I would stay here again when visiting Prescott.

Charming architectural history , decorated to fit the properties cozy artistic vibe! Great place for 2 people to unwind after a day and check out form the crazy world around us! Would recommend for a couple or father son(daughter ) get away! Has all ya need even coffee

This place was amazing. Great location as it was walkable to downtown in minutes. The set up is cozy and comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Prescott and I would definitely stay here again. The host was always very responsive and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful easy stay!

We really loved our stay at The Owl’s Nest! The three rooms were very spacious and the two bathrooms were super comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone in our group, and we really appreciated the extra effort Penny put in to have things ready for babies! The pack n’ play, highchair, and stroller were super helpful during our stay. The house was incredibly clean and the kitchen was really well stocked. We felt super at home and very comfortable. We will definitely be a repeat customer!

The place is just as described, only better! We loved staying here and checking out the recommend restaurants and attractions. This was the perfect home base to enjoy a relaxing getaway 😌

Home was fantastic and as advertised. Gauri and her husband were AMAZING hosts, and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the house was in a great location. Will be staying with them again.

Gabriel made his place inviting for my dog and myself. It was far enough away from things that it was peaceful and quiet aside. What a great side patio to enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery. The home was charming and quaint, felt like a cabin at times but with all the modern amenities. I’ll be sure to check his place out again when I visit Prescott again. Gabriel was a great communicator and offered up a bunch of great suggestions for places to eat and things to do.
