Holiday rentals with a kayak in Willamette River

We had a great time here with our family trip. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and lots of room for all of us. The kids liked the foosball table and we enjoyed the proximity to paths and the river. We used the tubes and life jackets to float and played some pickleball. The TV doesn't have cable/channels so bring your own streaming device - we were prepared for this and brought ours to catch some Olympics in our down time and when AQI got too high outside. This was a much more reasonably priced house than most in and around the Sunriver area, but still good proximity to pickleball/tennis, river, and small but clean pool. Lots of deer in the yard each day and lots of big fluffy bunnies hopping around. We would stay here again.

The place was as described and suited our purposes perfectly. We enjoyed some sunshine sitting on the back deck admiring all the different birds, walked to the beach. enjoyed a lunch at the local brewpub, and appreciated the calm and quiet, with a convenient and well stocked market just a couple of blocks away.

What a wonderful place! We had a great time here and would definitely stay here again! The house has everything you might need and if needed I would have felt comfortable messaging Eric and asking questions. The location was awesome and the hot tub was such a great time!

This house was amazing! We really enjoyed the backyard with our dogs. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay with family. Kitchen is huge and perfect for cooking meals together. The location is perfect and walkable to various beach access to the calm and less populated bay. We also walked to the wetlands trail with our stroller. Some parts of the trail are not stroller friendly but we made it work. The beds were clean and comfortable, it does get a little cold at night but the two fireplaces made it cozy. The laundry room was equipped with everything and we utilized that to wash some clothes that got dirty at the beach. We will definitely be back with more family as the house is large enough to accommodate more than we traveled with this time. Sue is very responsive and helpful. For a nearby dinner I highly recommend the rusty truck. House felt toddler friendly with pack n play and baby gates available.

Awesome spot. Peaceful by the river and a nice getaway to relax. Has all the amenities you need and an easy to access location. Great internet speed as well.

We had a fantastic stay at Groovy Digs, and an unexpected connection made the experience even more memorable! As many others have mentioned, the views are absolutely stunning, and we loved spending time watching the wildlife and beauty of the bay. The house is equipped with so many thoughtful amenities: a fully stocked kitchen perfect for preparing meals, cozy furniture ideal for reading or playing games, and for our family, the highlight was the vintage two-player Pac-Man machine—such a fun touch! The home is situated in a charming neighborhood with easy access to beaches both north and south, plus great restaurants in nearby Manzanita and Nehalem. A must-try is the plate-sized cinnamon rolls at Wanda's Café in Nehalem—delicious! Be sure to get there early (Friday through Sunday only) to grab one! We would definitely return, as the weather didn't allow us to take out the kayaks. Thank you!

A fantastic stay for a trip to the coast! More secluded location, but still minutes from the beach made for a very peaceful stay. Wonderful spot for a stay with kids ir dogs. Note that there is actually MORE space than is shown in the listing.

This place was amazing! I would say of all the Airbnb rentals this one was by far my favorite. I was sad that I couldn’t stay longer here. I will definitely be a return customer where I have more time to spend. Thank you for the wonderful place!

Kristen was an amazing host. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and I felt incredibly safe. The cottage was cozy and the views were breathtaking. I have never wanted to come back to a location before until now. I can’t say enough kind things about Kristen. Hands down would recommended this Airbnb to anyone looking in this area.

This is our second stay at Chad’s cottage. It was a stunningly beautiful weekend and the autumn leaves reflected in the river with herons and seals cruising by was incredible. Chad and his wife are always super friendly, the cottage spotless and the beds comfy. My husband would take each of the kids canoeing up and down the river to fish for salmon in a canoe provided. If you don’t have a river house with all the toys, this is the next best thing.

The place we stayed was gorgeous and the cottage was so cozy. You could walk to town with ease and be at the ocean in minutes. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to have a nice getaway on the coast. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

The house was completely if not better than the the photos, the location very beautiful and private. I was there on my own and chose Lisas house because of the location, a place to get away from it all. I have some mobility issues so never went upstairs, but there are 2 comfy bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs, and just a few steps to the front door from the parking area. The hot tub was relatively easy to get into and out of even for an ancient person.

We loved the location and beachy cabin feel of the house , the living space was open and the couch was super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of movies and games available. We would definitely stay here again!

The perfect quiet vacation home! We loved sitting on the deck, looking out at the ocean. The location is perfect, it is right in between several coastal towns with lots to do. If you are into nature, there is a beautiful hiking trail nearby, and the beach acess is steps away. The house was fully equipped, clean, safe and exactly as described.

What a great place to stay for a long weekend! We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful property, abundant places to sit outdoors, the hot tub, comfy beds and well-outfitted kitchen. It was a wonderful jumping off point to head out for a day of hiking and exploring and then to come back to for making dinner and relaxation. We definitely want to come back sometime!

Stay here!! The cabin is absolutely amazing! so relaxing to sit out in the many seating areas, surrounded by plants and listening to the stream. The cabin is also immaculately clean and cozy. Kate is a super helpful host and has thought of everything. This is a rare listing where it was actually better in person. You won't be disappointed!

If I could give them 10 stars I would!! The house just felt like a home. It was beautiful. The views were phenomenal and everything was pristine. We loved the quick little walk from the house to the market to the beach! It was the perfect getaway spot! The beds are beyond comfy! And all the white linens felt clean and sophisticated! Many events can be held here! We loved the baby gate towards the loft since the steps are a little steeper than average stairs but not super hard to go up. The hot tub was a great add-on for just soaking our worries away. This place has been a very memorable experience for our family and we hope many others will have the chance to enjoy the wonderful amenities here!! Thank you again!! We will miss this house and your extremely kind hospitality!

Our stay at Brad's house was fantastic, quite a spacious and cozy place with a beautiful view of the lake, my family and I had a very nice time and would definitely recommend this place, we loved our stay and regret that our trip was so short, we hope to come back soon! The beds were so comfortable :)

Spring River Lookout is a wonderful place to stay. The view from both the upper and lower decks are fabulous. The river is crystal clear. Megan's paddle board was perfectly suited for the shallow water near her dock. I paddled down Spring River to the Deschutes, then upstream to Harper Bridge. Finally I floated with the current back to Megan's place. That's just one example of the fun you can have. Just kicking back on the dock, in the cabin, or on the deck is amazing as well. The cabin is comfortable, clean and well cared for. We will be back!

The cabin was ideal for a cozy weekend. The only downside is the smell of the water but as long as you bring bottled water, all is well! The place is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Overall, wonderful!

Amazing place to stay! The cabin is cozy and gorgeous - we were extremely impressed when we arrived! The area is absolutely beautiful - definitely take advantage of the hike around the lake! - and we had no problems getting to the cabin, directions were clear and helpful. Tracy and Bill were kind and responsive, although we didn’t contact them much since our stay went so smoothly.

It’s always such a treat to come back year after year! It’s a perfect location - you can’t beat the private beach access! And the view! I’m already dreaming about our next stay.
