We thank Georgina for this wonderful house! Sen il Bot is very well thought out, clearly and cleanly divided, inviting you to relax and enjoy! The surroundings are stunningly quiet and the view is fantastic! The weather accompanies you throughout the day and the view of the clouds and the sky is pure joy.

johannes was a very forthcoming host, whenever we ve had an issue he was very quick in response. also did he offe us a refund since we have had some issues while staying. but since he resolved these greatly there is nothing to complain about. would again stay at his lovely house. thanks for hosting!

We enjoyed Andreas' place very much. Highly recommended, especially with children, as a large Lego Duplo crate is ready to play and you can easily get to the slopes on foot with the skis. We will be happy to come back again.

Very nice house with a great view. Good location for excursions of all kinds. Top modern furnished. Kitchen has all the equipment and utensils you need. The landlady was very friendly, always easy to reach and responded very quickly to messages. In addition, she communicated and explained everything very well in advance, so that everything was clear and went smoothly. We were there with a group of 10 friends.

Cozy accommodation in a beautiful mountain region The apartment is very cozy, tastefully furnished and offers plenty of space – perfect for families or a small group. We immediately felt welcome. The surroundings are fantastic for all those who like to be outdoors: there are numerous hiking and walking trails, wonderful viewpoints, pure nature and diverse possibilities for relaxing or being active - be it hiking, swimming, in the snow or simply enjoying the peace and quiet. Leo was a very friendly and helpful host. The contact was pleasant and uncomplicated, the welcome gift a nice gesture. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come back. A clear recommendation!

We spent a whole week in this homey apartment, where it really felt like home. It was spacious for a family of three, but probably for a bigger family it would also be suitable. Well equipped with essentials, well maintained and cozy. The location is fantastic, literally next to the cabin that takes you to the slopes and also very close to the ski bus that runs regularly. Absolutely recommend!

Dear Margaretha, we had a wonderful stay at your enchanting Berghof. Our break was far beyond our expectations. Just everything was perfect. The location, the tranquility, the indoor climate (wood), the really very great amenities... everything sparkling clean and so nice. Nostalgic Austrian apartment. Nothing fancy, just right for us with its peacefulness and great views. Nice outdoor deck, too!

We had a wonderful stay with Heidi and Elmar in Sulzberg. The apartment is lovingly furnished and very clean. We felt very comfortable. The only criticism: the house is a bit noisy. Nevertheless, we can highly recommend a stay here! We were very happy about the homemade yeast braid!

The most beautiful apartment, with a gorgeous view from the balcony. It feels like a real Swiss log cabin with an open fire & lovely wooden furniture. The cosy yet open plan living area I loved. The secret room is such a fun touch (didn’t find it straight away, which made it even more fun). Great location for me, as close to family and 1minute from the Wynegg. A very comfy bed with feathered duvet & pillows and the apartment was always the perfect temperature and warm. The apartment has everything you need and more, adaptors, board games, fully stocked kitchen and a coffee machine. The hosts were amazing, so friendly and helpful and made the stay really simple and easy for me. I will definitely be back and so will my family.

We enjoyed our stay in Gisela's apartment. The contact with Gisela was very pleasant and every question was answered quickly and well. We were very grateful for the flexibility she gave us during our stay. The apartment is very well located and very well equipped, with everything you need. We wanted a few days of peace and beautiful nature and were just right. The cottage has special retro charm, there is everything you need. The two of us found it perfect. Unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather, but the view and the great tiled stove also make longer stays inside pleasant. The surrounding area is wonderful for hiking, even in the rain just a great landscape. Armin was very friendly and helpful, thank you.

A beautifully modern converted Maiensäss with lovingly selected decoration, in which you feel completely comfortable from the first moment. The ski slope passes directly by the house, and the mountain station, which allows access to the extensive ski resort, is just a stone's throw away. We can imagine coming back!

****Exceeded our expectations****h the view are absolutely amazing . Ralf was very responsive and very welcoming. Wish we could have spent more time but needed to move on with our travel plans. Would definitely recommend, loved the personal touch of the very cosy chalet.
