Situated just 10 miles northwest from historic Oxford, and just a 20 minute walk from Blenheim Palace and a 10 minute drive to the pretty market town of Woodstock, this is the ideal place to stay and explore the Cotswolds and surrounding countryside. Own transport recommended.

The Crofts Studio (Central Location)

The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... . Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar with two stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire, Cotswolds and beyond.

Self-contained Annex

Our self contained annex is on two floors with a separate entrance. The ground floor has a kitchen and dining space, with fridge/freezer, cooker & washing machine together with the basic cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery. The first floor contains the large bedroom and en-suite shower room. There is a standard double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair. WiFi is provided. Situated at the entrance to a quiet cul- de-sac there is a bus stop outside and the train station is a 15 minute walk away.

Our comfortable and spacious guest house sits in a tranquil setting, hidden away down a quiet private road in the centre of the Cotswold town of Charbury. A few minutes walk away from a great selection of local pubs with good food and drinks on offer. A great base for exploring the pretty nearby villages. We are also close to Soho Farmhouse, Daylesford and lots of Cotswold attractions. 5 minutes walk to the local train station where you can get a mainline train to London Paddington.

The Apple Store at Kilkenny

A spacious one bedroom annexe with its own kitchen and shower room. Accessed via its own door (mind your head!) a small entrance hall leads into a kitchen area, a shower room and on into a large south facing bedroom with high ceilings and large windows overlooking the front lawn of the main house. Relax on the comfy sofa or enjoy your meals at the dining table. Fully equipped for short or longer stays. A 20 minute walk across the fields to The Farmer's Dog pub.
