Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.

The Tiny is very cute, in a very natural and quiet environment. Well located to go to Amsterdam during the day and return to the quiet for a night in the countryside. 🥰🥰🥰 I booked to give my children 3 days in Amsterdam for their 20th birthday. They loved the museum, the boat trip, and the restaurant.

We've had three wonderful nights at Yvonne's cozy place. Amazing views of the water and located on the outskirts of a lovely little town, with shopping opportunities, a few restaurants and nice well-maintained houses. It's a perfect place if you want a few days in Amsterdam, but want peace and quiet during your stay. Driving time by car to Amsterdam is approximately 25 minutes. The home is small but well appointed, and has everything you need. Highly recommend. Best, Trine & Søren Denmark

Booked this for my parents. I was looking for something without stairs and parking, close to the city and easy to visit outside of the city. This fit all of the requirements, and the hosts were absolutely fantastic in accommodating their needs. I hear they have an amazing restaurant onsite. If my travels bring me to Amsterdam I’m definitely staying here!
