Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Wijdemeren

I’m emotional about leaving this absolute treasure of a rental- wish we could stay forever. We booked Darley’s on the recommendation of well-traveled local friends who literally *moved* to Hilversum after staying here and told us it was the best Airbnb of all time. (These friends also know that I’m finicky about vacation rentals and generally prefer hotels.) I’m SO glad we listened to them. This is, without a doubt, the most beautiful, well-appointed, lavish, thoughtfully stocked, gorgeously furnished, comfortable Airbnb ever, and now I’m probably ruined for all others. It could have been half as incredible for twice the price - we’d still be delighted. I’ve never felt more at home while traveling. We had all the privacy, comfort, provisions, fresh flowers and fruit, random fun perks, great water pressure, immaculate cleanliness, inspiring corners, luxurious linens, and other copious supplies we didn’t know we needed. Thank you, Marielise, for the Airbnb experience of a lifetime. WOW.

the apartment was great and in great condition, extremely nice neighborhood but it is an uber/bolt or train ride away, now if you choose the ride app option be aware you will be spending about 30-70 euros each way for the 30-40 minute drive. i think the neighborhood was lovely, everything does close early in town (around 6-7) but if you can get into the shops or restaurants the area is great and friendly.

Diederik‘s flat was fantastic for our trip to Utretch. A very quiet neighborhood with lovely old homes and surroundings. Exactly what we needed for our first trip with our little one. The apt is spacious and has all you need. Only downside is the stairs between floors are a bit more tight/narrow/steep than they appear in the photos. So be careful if you have a little one. Otherwise we loved our stay at his place. Its a great getaway.

Kim is very responsive to any communications. Well equips home. Left some items by way of coffee etc to help when you first arrive.

We have had the most fantastic stay with Joek . He is a super lovely guy and his accommodation was perfect for my husband and I and our teenage sons . Brilliant placed for local shops , eating etc and a short ride by train into the centre . We went to a concert at the Ziggo Dome which was a 10 minute walk . Joek is helpful , relaxed and accommodating . Would definitely go back, and totally recommend it . Thanks Joek !

Nanda’s place is very spacious and comfortable, with lovely large windows and all the facilities you would need. The apartment is on the first floor (no lift!) with the hosts’ living area on the ground floor and bedrooms on the second floor. Easy 5 minute walk to buses, just 3 stops to Central Utrecht. Nanda was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Recommended!

Arthur's place is an airy, light, comfortable apartment on the top floor of a family home in the town of Hilversum. There are lots of places to eat and drink there; we found a wonderful Ethiopian restaurant. Being a 20 minute walk from the station it is the perfect base for visiting Amsterdam (or Utrecht) if you don't want to stay in the busy city centres.

It was a super lovely place to stay. I wish it was a little closer to the city center but I really loved the drive from the metro station, the fields were very beautiful and peaceful. It was really quiet out there and there Airbnb was gorgeous.

Notre séjour a été absolument parfait ! Le logement était d'une propreté impeccable. Chaque pièce est décorée de manière qui peux surprendre, créant des espaces intérieurs que vous ne trouverez nulle part ailleurs (on aime ou pas). Les couchages sont très confortables et sentent bon, tout comme le linge de toilette. Le jardin est un véritable havre de paix la aussi vous trouverez une décoration osé😉. Quant à nos hôtes, ils ont été d'une gentillesse et d'une attention exceptionnelles. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le charmant cadeau de bienvenue : de délicieux œufs frais de leurs propres poules, qui ont été des voisines très sympathiques pendant notre séjour. Nous avons également adoré saluer le cheval et le poney chaque matin !N'oublions pas un message écrit en français🥰. Seul petit bémol : même si nous n'avons pas séjourné durant une période de forte chaleur, la température peut vite monter dès qu'il y a un rayon de soleil a l'étage. Un grand merci pour cette expérience.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Nach Amsterdam ist es nicht weit. Die Unterkunft ist total schön und super Sauber. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Twee jaar geleden stonden we tijdens een fietstochtje langs de Vecht bij het ophaalbruggetje in Loenen aan de Vecht: “ wauw, je zult hier maar wonen!” Toen wisten we nog niet dat we dat twee jaar later bijna een week lang mochten ervaren. Het huis van Edward is een bijzonder sfeervol en karakteristiek huis vlakbij het bruggetje aan de Vecht. Je kunt uren op het bankje genieten van alle boten die langs varen. Het huis is comfortabel, alles is aanwezig. Goed ingerichte keuken, goede bedden, sfeervolle inrichting. De tuin is een woonruimte op zich. De directe omgeving lijkt op een openluchtmuseum. Er is genoeg te doen, fietsen, wandelen en natuurlijk varen. Edward reageert snel en heeft goede tips voor dingen om te doen en waar je moet zijn om lekker te eten. Daar hebben we dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt. Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad. Aanrader.

Very nice and quiet place. More than enough room for our family of five. About half an hour from Amsterdam. Having a car is a must. All in all, we had a great time.

Avec mes amis nous avons passé un très bon week-end sur place. Tout est équipé parfaitement. Tom est très réactif en cas de problème.

Wir hatten einen kurzen, sehr schönen Silvesteraufenthalt bei Gerard mit tollem Blick auf das Feuerwerk überm Wasser. Die Wohnung ist modern und schön eingerichtet und verfügt über einen großen Ess- und Wohnbereich. Insbesondere die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Gerard hat auf Rückfragen schnell und hilfreich reagiert. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

Veel licht, modern, prachtig gelegen. 3 slaapkamers. We hebben nog een elektrisch bootje gehuurd bij Otter, 5 min verderop. Bijna alle dagen mooi weer, dan is Nederland prachtig. We komen hier graag weer een keer terug.

Super logement, propre avec tout ce qu’il faut, hôte réactif. Je recommande

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und herzlich – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Auch unser kleiner Sohn hat sich rundum wohl gefühlt, was uns als Familie besonders wichtig ist. This stay was the friendliest and the most charming Airbnb experience we have had! The building is an incredible experience of history, built in the 1580s and renovated by Joost and his father 16 years ago. Great detailing, furnishing, and design reflecting Utrecht in every way. And Joost was incredibly friendly, always responsive, and respectful of our privacy. The location is great! Right in the heart of Utrecht, where everyone was so friendly to us throughout. The beds where comfortable, and the back bedrooms quiet. Our tweens loved the attic space for sleeping, with a window view over the square. There was noise from people in the square in the evenings but it did not bother us as all as it was not unlike the sounds in our urban neighborhood. Joost's attention to detail and design was evident throughout! When in Utrecht again, I will definitely stay here! And it super easy by train for the day to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, or the Hague. Lastly, great daylight in the living room area!

Suzanne’s loft is truly a home away from home and filled with all the comforts and amenities you could ever need! So refreshing while traveling. We stayed only three short nights and our only regret is not staying longer. The loft is in the perfect location just a block away from restaurants, bars, and shopping. The street is so picturesque and we woke up Saturday to a beautiful linen market! Thankyou for hosting us and for your amazing communications! 🧡🧡

This was a fantastic property. Perfectly located and walking distance from main sites. Lots of places to eat and drink within a few minutes. It was quit noisey Friday night but the appartment was so spacious and comfortable. The amenities were brilliant. This proper was exceptional and I would highly recommend it.

We spent a week here. The place is small, but provided plenty of storage for our clothes, and provided all the cooking items we needed. Having the washer In the sink/shower room gave a surface for our cosmetic bags. The toilet has its own room, which also makes the spaces more functional. Having a washing machine was fantastic after spending the previous week on a boat/ bike tour! We used the drying rack, instead of the dryer, and our clothes were dry the next day. There is now a roof terrace, which is a great addition. The steep stairs have been mentioned before, so I brought some cloths up in bags to lighten the wt. of the suitcase. Once I did that, I could manage its wt. and hang onto the railing OK. There is construction on the street where the bus normally stops, but we finally found the stop at Royaards van Den Hamkade, and that made a world of difference, especially leaving with suitcases. The bus ride to Utrecht was about 10 min. Our over all experience was great.
