Garden house in beautiful surroundings

The garden shed is seperat from the main house in a quiet location. Small but fine with its own terrace and sunbathing area. The cottage is lovingly furnished and offers a way to recover from everyday life and its hustle and bustle. The lower floor consists of kitchen ,to reach the upper floor via a chicken ladder(100Kg). Here you will find an oasis and also a starting point for excursions and cycling in the beautiful surroundings. An organic farm with about 30-40 cows is at the end of the street.

Sägemühle Eschachthal apartment, Kreuzbach

The house was originally an oil mill, later a sawmill before it sank into slumber for the last decades. In 2018, the core renovation and conversion into a residential building took place. Fortunately, the character of the old saw could be preserved in particular by the reconditioned visible beams. The house is located at an altitude of 900m, so the climate is a bit rougher, but still very sunny in the summer. The location on the Eschach, which invites you to swim in the summer, is special.

Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. We rent out our beautiful “Waldhäusschen” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with a forest panorama, you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The creek is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing sound and lapping can be heard in the garden. A large bedroom and dining room from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom depart. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (via internet only) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with walk-in shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine etc. A parking space is not part of the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for about 10 euros per day.

Kempten is the metropolis in beautiful Allgäu. The light-flooded apartment is situated in the northern city center. It is 5 minutes to the Basilica of St. Lorenz. There's the beautiful weekly there twice a week, Wed. and Sat, the beautiful weekly market. Here is also the residence of former monastery and today's dish with its beautiful gardens. Our place is barrier free. You have your own entrance and large parking spot in front of the door. There is a separate garden piece for you to use, which offers beautiful shade from the trees in summertime. You can start directly from your accommodation walks or bike rides. On the large meadow next to it, a kite can certainly be climbed well. There is an open-air swimming pool 800 metres away. We love hosting guests in beautiful Allgäu.

A good place to be

We live in an old farmhouse together with other people . Its a calm place outside from the village but only 8 km far from the next town . We have a small apartement with a privat bathroom and space enough for two persons and one or two childs. the farmhouse is surrounded by fields ,forrest and a small creek. We really enjoy to welcome other people from other countrys.
