Die Unterkunft liegt zentral im 16. Bezirk und ist nur 14 Minuten mit dem Bus vom historischen Stadtzentrum entfernt. Die Stadthalle, die Lugner City (Einkaufszentrum) und ein Park sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch ein Schwimmbad (Stadthallenbad) ist ganz in der Nähe. Mit dem Auto dauert der Weg zum Flughafen 30 Minuten. Es ist ein angenehmes Appartement mit schönem Außenbereich. Perfekt um Wien zu erkunden. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist direkt von der Straße betretbar.

Perfect city center location for sightseeing. All hotspots are only 1,2,3 metro stations away. The very famous Vienna Naschmarkt can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, as well as the Mariahilferstraße (very famous shopping street). A supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity.

Viele Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte sind in der Nähe, zB die bekannte Einkaufsstraße "Mariahilfer Straße". Der Stadtkern ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreichbar, mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in 10 Minuten.
