Everything was as described - an unusual but very cozy house in which many people have space. Even on a rainy day, we felt very comfortable and were glad that the house is so well equipped. Only a large dining table inside would be practical if you can't use the terrace. That's when it gets "cozy" at the 8th round table ;-) It was also great that you can darken all the rooms with blinds (except those in the basement). Markus was always easy to reach and helpful.

Too bad we couldn’t stay longer: we loved it! Beautifull nature, lovely house, Nice beds, great vieuw! We hope to come back for a longer time. We hiked in the evening, our daughter loved to draw, we enjoyed the cosyness ❤️🌟 And a Nice kitchen with everything you need to cook. A wonderfull place!

Very quiet location in the countryside, very cozy large apartment with very large facilities, on 2 floors, interesting mix of old interior with modern facilities. We went hiking directly from the house, you could take many tours from here!

We had a great stay in Vienna in this very nice house. The living room is spacious and welcoming, the sunny terrace with no neighbors opposite is perfect for relaxing, and the immediate proximity of the woods allows for magnificent walks – ideal when traveling with a dog! The house was very clean, well-equipped, and parking is easy. The bedding is comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. The host was very responsive, always available by message, and attentive to the smooth running of our stay. Bonus: we found delicious organic honey right next door, and the Otto Wagner villa with its beautiful stained glass windows is only 5 minutes away by car. It takes about 40 minutes to reach the center of Vienna. A place we would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for several weeks and everything was great. The owner is very helpful and kind. We will definitely return if we have the chance. A great place for business trips and longer stays. 😊

We (2 people plus dog) were in Dalibor's house for an extended weekend and enjoyed it to the fullest. The house itself has a great layout and the loving furnishings and the many small details for guests make you feel welcome, comfortable and at home. Dalibor even put a Prosecco on ice for us and preheated the outdoor hot tub. :) The garden was also designed with a lot of love. In addition to the fantastic view, it was also a paradise in the evening due to the flowers and the lighting. When we had a question, Dalibor was also immediately available and then immediately gave us tips for a hike. We were able to take beautiful walks with our dog through the adjacent forest. So it was a wonderful holiday for all of us and so close to Vienna (so you don't have to drive long). For us, it is clear that we definitely want to come back. Nice clean and cozy house near the touristic destinations. Semmering ski resort is in 30 minutes by car. Daniela was very nice and helpful. We loved our staying here!

Had a lovely stay. Apartment looks like pics. Smaller than I thought, but worked fine for my hubby and I. Very clean. Surrounding neighborhood was quiet and a grocery store and coffee shop a few steps away. AC was great to have after an 85 degree day.

We were here for one week. Probably the best Airbnb we’ve been in. It’s big. Feels like a home - an apartment you could live in. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Bedroom has tons of storage. Great location, and about a 7 minute walk to Nestroyplatz U1 subway line. The old city center is 2km away (St-Stephan’s Cathedral). Supermarket 5 minutes away. Barbara met us at the apartment for check-in. We’d love to come back here someday.

Really nice unit in a superb location…….. I wish I’d had more time to take advantage of the location, especially for swimming and boating. Recommended.

A wonderful location to relax. The terrace is spectacular and the flat had everything we needed. Andrea was friendly and welcoming but also gave us our privacy. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful place to unwind.

The place was clean and even nicer than the pictures showed. The view and the terrace are very nice. The system is safe. The pool was also good in terms of temperature. Everything great! Bettina was very helpful, reliable and always easy to reach!

A stylish, lovingly furnished apartment with a special atmosphere – everything was clean, thoughtful and equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable, the location is ideal: the tram stops right outside the door, and you can be in the center in 15 minutes. Thanks to the private parking, the arrival was also stress-free. Our hosts Kati, Niko and Taiko were wonderful: friendly, warm, present in contact, with perfectly organized self check-in and personal recommendations. We felt completely comfortable and went home filled with beautiful impressions. The apartment is great, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The location is very good, with access to shops and public transportation. It wouldn't hurt to add a TV [I like to watch something local when I'm traveling] and maybe the room could be darker for sleeping [a good blackout]. Otherwise, the apartment is highly recommended. And Thomas is a very good host

Simply perfect! Eveline has thought of everything, down to the smallest detail. Everything you need for a holiday with a feel-good effect and everyday life was available. Entire apartment sparkling clean and furnished with attention to detail. Great recommendations and help for the entire stay in Vienna and the surrounding area were well written down and even so that you don't have to worry about what you can do. We followed the plans and were able to discover everything important and more. A first breakfast was lovingly prepared and was waiting for us with a welcome greeting in the refrigerator. Vienna is easy to reach by bus and you can leave the car with the parking lot and the provided permit by Eveline. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Eveline is rightly a Superhost and I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. We are grateful that we were able to experience this place. Thank you, dear Eveline. Keep it up 😀

I've been using Airbnb for about 15 years on 3 continents, and I have to rate Simon's place as on of the top 2 that I've visited. The accommodation had it all - location, amenities and essentials (right from elevator to shower cap), and decor (professional). And, of course, although there were no issues during our stay, he was quick to communicate throughout the whole process. Bravo, Simon!

We will stay again for next visit and will recommend the place to our friends. Parked our car underground and took a public transportation system for 4days and it was a great choice. Thanks to Olga’s advice. Fresh air coming in with a sunrise and the sound of rain drops were extraordinary bonuses we received.

There were five of us in the apartment and we were very comfortable. We will be happy to come back.

This a great Airbnb! Comfy beds, nice layout, updated bathroom and kitchen, close to the Hauptbahnhof, right on the tramline, very responsive host. Basically a perfect place to stay in Vienna!

Great listing, my boyfriend and I were here for a couple of days and it was exactly what we needed. It was walkable to the city center and was quiet from all the noise, making it easy for us to rest. I would definitely stay here again!

Very lovely apartment, close to the river. The nearby metro made it easy to get into the city centre. The apartment had everything necessary close by (shop, ice cream place, bakery, pharmacy ect). Ideal location if you want to be close to the Danube!

It's the perfect choice for a few days' trip to Sopron, located in a quiet, tranquil neighborhood. Everything is at your fingertips, clean, and tidy. The apartment is sophisticated, well-equipped, and the host is caring, helpful, and accommodating. It was a complete break, thank you :)
