The owners wanted a family space to share with guests, and have a mix of modern , retro & vintage with panoramic views over the ocean stretching as far as Rame Head ,Looe, Seaton & Downderry. Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

The spacious open-plan living area features large windows which open up to a large deck, perfect for indoor-outdoor living and entertaining. The 4 comfy double bedrooms offer private retreats, while the huge garden is a great place for families to play. Enjoy some peace and quiet in the snug room, and park your car with ease thanks to the ample parking.

Most definitely a grown up's place to kick back and relax, listen to the birds tweeting (not on social media, although wifi is available). A four poster for the romantics, and sun loungers on your private, enclosed deck in case you fall out. All the usual amenities which are too boring to mention here are available, including a dishwasher and for those that can't be bothered to cook, a microwave. Dog friendly (max 2) if your hound(s) won't escape and eat our chickens. Free eggs when available!
