Well appointed self-contained one bedroom annexe

AlexanderRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A fantastic stay! Steve was incredibly responsive and helpful - I didn't get to meet him in person due to my poor timing, but through Airbnb messaging, he ensured everything went smoothly, and his lovely wife kindly pointed me in the right direction when I arrived. The place was cozy, private, and pleasant, just like in the listing photos, which was very welcome during a business trip for a nearby conference. The strong WiFi connection was a lifesaver in a Vodafone signal deadspot, which meant I could easily finish my work upon arrival. Highly recommend!

Cosy Country Cottage in the heart of Lincolnshire

VerityRating, 5 stars10 months ago
The cottage is beautiful with two different seating areas and the private garden, which was large enough for our 8 yr old to run around! There were great facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen, a woodstove with logs (although we didn't use this as it was summer) and a BBQ, which we did use and was great. The only thing to be wary of is that as a cottage, it has low ceilings and beams, so taller people have to be careful. In particular, the shower is low and I had to crouch slightly to wash my hair (I'm 5'9"). However, once you've got used to this, it is part of the charm and character of the cottage! This area is well located for exploring the Wolds and we also had a great day at nearby Wild Pines doing archery and high ropes! I would highly recommend this cottage as a cosy and well-equipped place.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

XiangRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
It was a very cool and unique stay with kids. Location is good and surrounding is beautiful. The barn itself is welcoming and warm. The marshmallow and cookie jar was a really nice touch. Aw and the pony ride! It was so cute and our kids had lots of fun on it. And they absolutely love Basil. Me and my husband did find Basil not really interactive with people probably because he’s tired of someone living next door to him all the time. I don’t blame him and it didn’t bother the kids at all. They were still so happy to see him everyday. It will be so much better if there’s an oven and a small freezer. We noticed in the description about the stove not working very well. So we brought some Pizza on the way and realized there was no oven and somehow the microwave’s not working very well with pizza as well… and a little reminder to those who don’t like spiders and little crawling creepies, there are expected. Overall nice place! Xx

Holiday Home for 12 in Lincolnshire with Hot tub

AmyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We stayed here for my partners 40th with the family and everything was perfect. Great house/ amenities, clean, had everything we needed, there was even a basket of goodies for when we arrived. Tony came to feed the animals and involved the children he was really friendly. Laura also ensured we were happy with everything, check in and out process was easy and was very clear, hot tub was checked daily. Nothing was too much trouble it was perfect! The hot tub and films room was great for the kids, and the games in the cupboard kept them entertained! We would definitely stay again and recommend this to anyone wanting to celebrate a special occasion with family and pets. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Beautifully converted former stables in Nettleham

JulieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Just returned from a truly wonderful week in the best Air BnB we've ever stopped in. The accommodation is absolutely charming and so very homely. Maureen has evidently put her heart and soul into making it a truly beautiful place to stay. When I say she has thought of everything, she absolutely has. We felt immediately at home the moment we walked through the door. It's immaculate and very well furnished. The Stables also has a lovely outside space to relax in, the perfect place to read a book, listen to the bird song and catch a few rays. It's a truly tranquil and private suntrap. Nettleham itself is a delightful little hamlet, with a beautiful beck, many scenic wildflower meadow walks, three pubs and some excellent take aways. It has a real sense of community and we felt very welcome, with locals giving us great recommendations on where we should visit. Lincoln is only a stones throw away with lots of great things to do close by. Book it, you won't be disappointed ❤️❤️❤️
