There is a pass thru door between the units with locks on both sides. You get 2 bedrooms, kitchenette/living area, private bath all for the price of hotel room. Off street parking in gravel driveway on right of the home. Easy access to major highways. Pets may be accepted on case by case basis. Property located on gravel street a couple of blocks off blacktop.

We had an amazing experience at Amanda’s place this past weekend! We were celebrating my mother’s 50th birthday, and Amanda went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We especially loved spending time at the pond, using the paddle boards, and playing on the pickleball courts. The location was perfect—peaceful and private, yet still conveniently close to Wichita for anything we needed.

This place was the perfect weekend spot for seeing family in town. its close enough to downtown but still in a quiet area. Had a yard for our dog, as well as a lot of thoughtful touches! Mersades was helpful when I needed to extend our stay (I forgot to book correctly) and was super friendly the entire time. Great stay; I'd definitely recommend it for anyone visiting!

we had 5 guest total and the place was perfect for us, the living room and kitchen were the perfect size for our group. The bedrooms were adequate in size. We had no problems in the neighborhood and dollar general is only a block away. The only thing you want to be mindful of is walking out the door with sidewalk traffic. Great host

This apartment was perfect as we wanted to be close to the arena. As the description says, it is directly above a bar, so be prepared for noise until closing time on the weekends- the description is super clear about this, so we knew what we were in for, just want to reiterate! Location is super convenient and the instructions for getting in were really clear and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! Thank you for thinking of EVERY detail...wonderful linens, beautiful decor, coffee, extra blankets, a fan on the nightstand, I could go on and on! It was a great stay, so comfortable. Super cool central location! Apple TV, Netflix, etc were great for late night tv watching on the HUGE tvs. The place is GORGEOUS and we will definitely stay again!
