Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sedgwick County

Place was beautiful inside and out! The view from the backyard on the of the pond was gorgeous. So peaceful to be out in nature.

This was the second property of Jerry and Winnie’s that we stayed in this month. They really have their properties full of amenities, they think of everything. This house has a great yard and deck for relaxing outside and soaking up the sun. I will always try to stay at one of Jerry & Winnie’s properties when I return to Wichita.

The house was amazing! Lots of space to spread out. Kitchen stocked with everything you could think of (coffee filters, Splenda, 2 in 1 coffee maker, crockpot, etc). The lot is beautifully landscaped. The backyard was amazing. Loved the fire pit and pickle ball court. Would definitely stay again!

Simply outstanding stay, clean home, close to everything, nice neighborhood, will definitely stay again. The host was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had and was professional in nature. The location is perfectly situated near restaurants and amenities that one would need during their stay. Would highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience staying at this Airbnb! The house is fully equipped—there’s absolutely nothing missing. It truly feels like you’re in your own home. It’s cozy, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. Samantha was incredibly communicative and helpful—she quickly resolved a minor cleaning issue and was always fast to respond. She was also very flexible with our check-in and check-out times, which we really appreciated. The beds are hotel-quality and the pillows are super soft—we honestly didn’t want to leave! If you’re visiting Wichita with family, this place is a fantastic choice. Thank you, Samantha! We’ll definitely be back.

The duplex was great and very well stocked. It was clean and the fact that we could use the garage was and added bonus!! The beds were very comfortable as well. I wish they would have explained the key code operation as it was not familiar to us, and we ended up locking ourselves out of the duplex in an uncomfortable moment. They did respond and remotely open the garage door for us so we could get back in. I am from Wichita originally, so I was very familiar with the location which was close to friends and relatives which worked out very well. Will definitely try to stay there again on my trip next year. Thanks for being good hosts!!

We really enjoyed staying here! Beds were comfy and it is decorated nicely. Used it as a base for going to Tanganyka park!

Excellent place, very nice

Emily's place is amazing! It was spotless, had a great vibe, and felt really welcoming from the moment we walked in. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the location couldn't be better- walking distance to lots of great places to eat and drink. We'd absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment with many features of an old, historic home. Emily was very responsive to messages, and checking in and out was easy. Some reviewers mentioned the neighbors above are loud, but while I heard them occasionally, I wasn’t bothered. There are disposable earplugs for those who need them, which was a nice touch. Overall, very happy with my stay!

This apartment was perfect as we wanted to be close to the arena. As the description says, it is directly above a bar, so be prepared for noise until closing time on the weekends- the description is super clear about this, so we knew what we were in for, just want to reiterate! Location is super convenient and the instructions for getting in were really clear and helpful.

Emily's place was just as described. it is a cute 1 bedroom appt that fit our needs. we also found it well stocked with plenty of supplies including some snacks. Even though it was in a row of small apartments, it was much quieter than expected. We could not hear any noise from next door and had only the occasional noise from the road. The location was about 10-15 minutes from everything we needed. we would definetly stay again.

The Cobbler's Inn is a great place to stay. It was extremely neat and clean and very nice decor. The beds were so comfortable! We really liked the layout. There were so many amenities available. There were even games for my kids to play. Check-in was so easy and the rules and instructions were very simple and straightforward. We would highly recommend The Cobbler's Inn to anyone staying in the Wichita area.
