The country chateau is a warm welcoming house that was built in 1925 and still has many of the traditional features. Hardwood floors, oven, large bath tub and large rooms. Inside you will find calm colors and a cozy feeling to relax and rest during your stay. The vintage kitchen is fully equipped.

On the outside our Cottage may look like a mobile home, but come inside and you will find a comfortable, inviting Cottage. This little place is bigger than it looks . It has plenty of space for a family with 5 or even 6 kids. The Master bedroom is a cute cottage style with a queen bed and a futon. The Bunk room has full size bunk beds and a twin bed. There is also a heavy duty futon in the living room. Please have mail delivered to the door and not the PO Box.

Welcome to a comfortable guest house that is just a few miles from I-44, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, Sheppard AFB, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guest house sleeps up to 4 persons: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and a daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.

This is a newly remodeled 1BR 1BA apartment unit in the middle of all the big city amenities. The apts are very safe with a city police officer living on the premises as the courtesy officer. It is a very quiet complex and everyone is very respectful. The laundry is located onsite, so no need to visit a laundry mat. The complex has a pool, fitness center, business center, and dog park.

The Little House is cozy 550 sq ft two story guest house nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac! It has a fully equiped kitchen with full size appliances and cooking utensils, TVs in the bedroom and living area, and a balcony and porch with suspended rattan chairs to relax outside in. This property was perfect! Exactly as described, in a great neighborhood and perfect for our needs. We made great memories hosting Thanksgiving dinner for our son and 4 other sailors who are in training at the base who could not be home with their families. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Clint was an awesome host. He was attentive and responsive to all our concerns and questions. The home was very nice and well cared for and welcoming to us. Nice covered patio and fenced backyard for our little dogs and our small grandson who loved the swing set and slide. I would highly recommend this home and will hopefully book again in the future when we travel to Wichita Falls. Thanks Clint for a very enjoyable stay.

We got there late, we had no issues finding it. He had it heated and ready for us when we got there. It’s super cozy and clean. We all slept like babies. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling for a quick rest or even for a few days to get away. I believe the r.v can be moved to any area. It had 7 beds and a queen. More than enough for us.

Hilltop Ranch House

Stayed at Andrew’s place for a night passing through town booked late at night & was able to check in within minutes of booking& was amazed with the place, very relaxing & peaceful from waking up seeing the animals in the back yard & to hanging out in the front porch enjoying your peace, definitely would stay again no issues whatsoever, thank you again.

Spacious House with Rec Room!

The ad is truthful. It was a very spacious place. Everything functioned well. On my few days off, the space could be made dark enough to easily sleep late. The kitchen is plenty big enough and appointed well enough to cook all you might need. Dining and grocery choices are plentiful within a very short distance, but the area is still peaceful. I would gladly stay here again if in the area for another job.
