Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Whittier

This place was so cute! It also had snacks and had shower products as well. They had water and soda which was a nice touch. It was a very nice neighborhood and easy to find. My favorite part was the outdoor area. I would definitely stay again

This was a perfect place for the 4 of us, plenty of room. We had 4 additional family staying elsewhere that could easily visit for a meal and to just hang out. The location was perfect for our daughter's Whittier College graduation, very convenient. Thank you!

Jaiver was very kind and friendly and made sure our entire stay was comfortable for us! The house was decorated nicely and clean. He replies back very quickly if you have any questions. We felt just right at home and would definitely come back. :)

Great stay at Maria’s place! It’s a sunny, comfy apartment with ocean breezes. I loved that the bedroom curtains allowed for a dark vibe for sleeping in but also the apartment in general had lots of light and fresh air. Lots to walk to including restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the beach. And super convenient to a grocery store. Would love to stay here again!

About the host: Armando was very friendly and communicated very well with clear instructions and details. He was very accommodating The space: The private parking was a must have for this area. The space is a vintage 50s building that is rustic and simple. Very clean with a comfortable bed. The place had security so we felt very safe although the area is safe in general. Very close to quaint downtown shops and restaurants.

Darcy's place was just as described and Darcy was a wonderful host. From providing local recommendations to having ample "spare supplies" in the unit, he went that extra mile to make our stay a pleasant one. We'd definitely look at booking again when next we're in the LA area.

We recently stayed at Geoffrey's, and it was a very welcoming experience. Geoffrey was communicative, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place felt just like home, which was perfect for my family. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a book of restaurant recommendations available; it made exploring the area so much easier. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a welcoming and convenient place to stay!

Apartmán ponúkal základné vybavenie, ktoré nám úplne stačilo na pohodlný pobyt. V lokalite sme sa cítili bezpečne a cena bola tiež rozumná. Určite dobrý pomer kvality a ceny. Odporúčame najmä nenáročným cestovateľom, ktorí hľadajú jednoduché a útulné ubytovanie. 🙂

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Pari’s place is bigger than it appears in the photos- really nice space. Modern and comfortable, fully outfitted kitchen, and plenty of towels/amenities. Contrary to other reviewers, I didn’t find the parking to be tough. I rented an SUV and just backed into the space without a problem - I can see how it would be tough for someone if they headed in- just do a three point turn up front and you’ll be fine :) One last comment- the location can’t be beat! Walking distance to so much (including one of my favorite restaurants, Green Street). And less than 15 minutes to Occidental College, where I was attending events. Great stay. Thanks Pari!

Nice place. Quiet. I had no issues getting in. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. They had a steamer for my clothes which was nice as well.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!

The place was really clean, everything is described. Just what I needed for my weekend getaway. Felt right at home.
